Hydraulic lift cover drive assembly.

Hydraulic Keeps and Guard rails Overhaul hydraulic pump of keeps including draining and cleaning of hydraulic tanks.

Overhaul hydraulic guard rail stanchion drive

Overhaul all guard rail stanchions

Overhaul all speed regulators.

Inspect complete hydraulic pipelines for leakages, rectify leakages.

Electrical Panels and Controls Service all limit/ control switches for proper operation.

Overhaul main control panel, local operating panel and repair/ renew defective components including renewal of corroded panel boxes.

Undertake serviceability checks of electrical interlocks and sequencing of lift operation controls. Rectify defects as necessary to ensure AUTO operation of lift.

Tests and Trials Carryout hydraulic test of all assemblies and rectify any leakage if observed.

Carry out alignment checks of lift

STW and trials of lift in AUTO mode

Load Test of Lift, rectify defects observed during load test

Overhaul reduction drive gear box and sprockets assembly including renewal of bearings (Qty 03 perlift)

Survey and repair winch foundations including replacement of foundation fasteners

Disconnect the chain yoke from platform and inspect for deformation. Repair /renew as necessary. (Qty 04 per lift)

Remove, clean and inspect working chain, renew as necessary. (Qty 04 per lift)

Check clearances of working chain and chain guide. Repair/ renew as necessary. (Qty 04 per lift)

Renew safety chain guide and adjust safety guide chain mechanism. (Qty 04 per lift)
