bid only. In case of payment made through DD/Banker’s cheque/ cash payment (up to 10,000/-)
original cash receipt/DD/Banker’s cheque paid towards Tender Fee and EMD to be submitted
physically in sealed cover on OR before due date and time by RPAD/speed post only. Otherwise the
offer will not be considered and no further communication in the matter will be entertained.
(b) It is sole responsibility of the bidder that the uploaded scanned documents (in PDF form)

discretion of PGVCL.

time, offer will be out rightly rejected even of successful submission of On Line Tender.
VALIDITY OF TENDERS.
2. Validity of tender shall be for a period of 180 days from the schedule date of opening
the Tenders and may be further extended to 30 days by PGVCL if require and all the
tenderer shall be bound to execute the work with quoted rate in this tender.
The PGVCL reserve the right to reduce / enhance the tender quantity as per their
requirement at the time of finalization of the tender.
COMPLETION PERIOD :
The completion period of this tender shall be considered up to period of 24 Months or up
4. to order quantity exhausts whichever is earlier.
If the quantity offered by the bidder is reduced while placing the order, in that case
delivery period will be adjusted proportionately.
SOLVENCY CERTIFICATE
5. The tenderer shall have to produce the latest solvency certificate i.e., not older than
months which is issued from Nationalized bank or any other scheduled bank as per list of
RBI for a sum of Minimum 20% of estimated cost of this work.
Security Deposit against work completion Period:
The lowest tenderer whose Tender is accepted shall have to pay 5% security deposit of
6. the work order amount through Demand Draft or Bank Guarantee within 15 days from
the receipt of the Letter of Acceptance. In case contractor fails to pay the security
deposit within the specified time, LOA will be treated as cancel and his earnest money
will be forfeited without issuing any notice.
DELAYED AND LATE TENDERS:
NO TENDER SHALL BE ACCEPTED / OPENED IN ANY CASE WHICH ARE RECEIVED AFTER DUE
7. DATE AND TIME OF THE RECEIPT OF TENDER IRRESPECTIVE OF DELAYED DUE TO POSTAL
SERVICE OR ANY OTHER REASONS AND PGVCL SHALL NOT ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY
