Excavation in earth work and disposal of all excavated earth upto a lead of 20 mtr and lift upto 1.50 mtr disposed earth to be levelled and natly dresed PJW 50% each.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 5 : 10 (1 cement : 5 sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) with 15% plum and curing complete excluding cost of form work in retaining walls/Breast walls, the size of plums shall usually be 150 mm to 300 mm as per HPPWD specification.

Steel work welded in built up sections trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in single section, brackets etc in beams, joists, channels, angles, tees, flats with connection plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters and the like

Providing and fixing 0.60 mm prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating fixed with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6 mm. dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing corrugated G.I sheet roofing fixed with galvanised iron J or L hooks bolts and nuts 8 mm dia with butumen and GI limpet washers filled with while lead complete excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses. 0.63 mm thick sheet.

Proving under layer for plinth protection of 75 mm thick (unconsolidated ) bed dry brick/stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size will rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including preparation of ground.

Providing plinth protection 50 mm thick in cement concrete 1 : 3 : 6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Constructing course rubble hammer dressed "U" shape open surface drain with side wall 15 X 22 cm in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) and inside plastering with cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) including earth work and laying 10 cm cement concrete in 1:5:10 (1 cement :5 sand: 10 graded stone aggregate of 40 mm nominal size) and 7.5 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design.

Providing & fixing steel frames,door shutters consissting of angle 35X35X5mm. MS sheet 1.60mm thick flat bracing, sliding door, tower bolts etc. cmplete in all respect ( 1 No. doors size 1.00X2.05 m)

Providing & fixing steel frames, window shutters consissting of angle 35X35X5mm. MS sheet 1.60mm thick flat bracing,handles, tower bolts etc. cmplete in all respect ( 1 No. window leaf size 0.45X1.20 m)
