Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll Tax Sales tax,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix complete as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll Tax Sales tax,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete as per HPPWD specification or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive of Malkhana, Royality, Octroi, GST,toll tax or any taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, in skirting, riser of steps, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints (Payment for grouting of joints to be made separately). Size of Tile 500x500 mm as per HPPWD specification or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive of Malkhana, Royality, Octroi,GST, toll tax or any taxes imposed by the Government.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth. Priming coat with distemper primer including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth and carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including Sales tax, GST,Toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately).as per HPPWD specification or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive of Malkhana, Royality, Octroi, GST,toll tax or any taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 35mm (Thirty five milimetre ) thick second class teak wood wire gauge shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauge of average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm, for doors, windows and clerestory windows with hinges and necessary screws with ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size as per ISI and approved shade as per PWD specification, drawing and design. and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. The Rate inclusive toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the government.

Providing and fixing 35mm ( Thirty five milimetre ) thick panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge. complete as per drawing and design as per HPPWD specifications or as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The Rate inclusive toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the government.

Providing and fixing 25 mm thick shutters for cup board etc. Panelled or panelled & glazed shutters :Second class teak wood including ISI marked anodized aluminium butt hinges with necessary screws complete as per drawing and design as per HPPWD specifications or as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The Rate inclusive toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the government.

Applying priming coat With ready mixed pink or Grey primer of Asian / Nerolac approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood) having VOC contents less than 50 grams / litre including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and sand papering as required with ready mixed primer of approved brand and manufacture (Narolac/Asian paints) complete as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of Octroi, GST, Toll Tax Sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of Asian / Nerolac required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture (Narolac/Asian paints) complete as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of Octroi, GST, Toll Tax Sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting with oil type wood preservative of approved brand and manufacture :Old work (two or more coats) complete as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of Octroi, GST, Toll Tax Sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting on G.S. sheet with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Old work (one or more coats) complete as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of Octroi, GST, Toll Tax Sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.
