masonary for Super structure in ordinary portland cement

Providing cement plaster in various thickness proportion

including smooth finishing, curing, scaffolding etc. comp.

for all leads and lifts, as under (a) cement mortar 1:3

Distempeing (Two coats) with oil bound distemper of

approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on

wall surfaces to give an even shade, over and including a

priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and

manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from

mortar dropping and other foreign matter and also

including preparing the surface even and sand papered

Providing and fixing 0.90 mt. high fencing with 0.825 mt.

long M.S. angle post 50 mm x 50 mm x 5 mm and oil

painting 3 coats fixed at 2.50 mt. C/C with 750 mm dia and
