Amount

Supplying and Laying continous Bricks (Burnt clay old size bricks of Sub class B) edging with width equal to width of bricks laid dry on end vertically including excavation and/or taking up existing brick edging.

Repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1sqm each including sweeping free from dust & mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering & well ramming including supply of road metal.

Scarifying or picking gravelled ,macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exceeding 400 sqm and depth exceeding 50mm but not exceeding 100 mm.

75 mm thick (Compacted thickness) Water Bound Macadam with coarse aggregates (Granite, trap or Basalt) of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber required. Rolling of WBM surfaces with power roller Exc 8 Ton & n.exc 12Ton, any thickness include for watering as necessary and consolidating to the required level, gradient or camber, keeping roller wheels wet, if required, filling in hollows and depressions, and the provision of water, animals, drivers, crew, fuel, labour, tools, etc.

Preparing of surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. including applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer with Paving bitumen at 1kg per sq metre. a) Unsurfaced water bound macadam

Premixed bituminous Macadem laid / rolled & compacted to required gradient & camber (Consolidated thickness 75mm or less) complete.

Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 sq metre using Paving Bitumen.

MASTIC ASPHALT : Providing and laying 25mm Thick bitumen mastic wearing course (as per specifications) with industrial bitumen of grade 85/25 conforming to IS : 702, @ 5.61 Kg mixed with stone dust (Lime stone powder with calcium carbonate content value not more than 80%) @ 0.016 Cum, Stone chips of size 13.20mm and 12.20mm @ 0.012 Cum, Sand @ 0.005 Cum per Sqm prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope,including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of approved size at the rate of 0.005 cum per 10 sqm and at approximate spacing of 10 cm centre to centre in both directions, pressed into surface protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface, including cleaning the surface, removal of debris etc. all complete. (Considering bitumen using 10.2% as per MORTH specification )
