Design, Engineering, procurement of material & bought out components, manufacturing, assembly at shop, inspection, testing & painting at manufacturers works, packing, supply, unloading/ transportation at site trial run with required quantity of diesel/ handling/ storage at site, assembly at site, installation incl. touch-up painting, hook up, pre-commissioning, commissioning, inspection & testing of the complete of the following capacity (Prime Power) DG Sets confirming to CPCBIV+ alongwith AMF Panels, Acoustic enclousure, supply of all erection & commissioning spares, special tools & tackles including 5 ton Jack (as required), instrumentation, all Auxillaries, Exhaust system & silencer, fuel tank, fuel pipeing etc. all completed. (A) 30 KVA DG Set Make- (Jackson/Kirloskar-ELMECH/Mahindra-GSP/Sterling).

Supply of four wheeled flat bed Trolly of adequate size for mounting of DG set with main Chasis made of MS channel 200 x 75mm as cross member including side runner and cross member made of MS Channel size 125 x 65mm, two nos of Axle made of 90 x 90 mm square with water proof steel forged hubs and new tapper roller bearing, detachable sheet shade with piping arrangement, other ancillary work such as 4 nos heavy duty Semi Elliptical leaf spring size 70 x 11 x 1050 eachleaf consist of 13 leafs, turn table made of MS channel 125 x 65 mm with flat ring 50 x 5 mm and pipe bushes with locking bolt 36 mm, Triangular detachable Draw bar, Spring loaded Steel towering hooks of 36mm round, ,floor fully covered with 3 mm MS Chequered plate, 4 nos of Tyre assembly 900 x 16 [Nylon] of any Standard make availble at local, light reflector, two nos of number plate, painting of the same with proper finishing by grinding of fabrication surface over red oxide primer etc.

Supplying all labour T&P fitting and fixing of on load Change Over Switch Four pole , AC (side handle) in sheet encloser 415 volt AC, 50Hz as per IS mark. (A) 200 AMP Change Over

Supplying fitting and fixing and laying of 3.5 core Armoured Cable solid Aluminium conductor upto 10 sqmm with both end socket on each core. (A) 35 mm2 Armourd Cable
