Outsourcing of services of Civil Motor Driver(CMD) for official light vehicles (Jypsy, Tata Mobile or equivalent)for local as well as outstation duties, by engaging 15(Fifteen) Nos drivers with suitable replacement having valid driving licences for light motor vehicles, for day to day work for MES offices of CCE(Army) No. 1, Dinjan and it's PM in various locations of Assam & Arunanchal Pradesh in a sinle shift from 0830 Hrs to 1630 Hrs on all days excluding Sunday and Holidays, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1. Fuel, lubricant & other consumables for cleaning & running of vehicles shall be provided by the department. 2. Quoted rate shall be for per working day.

Outsourcing of housekeeping services (Chowkidar) by deploying 01(one) No Chowkidar for MES Office of CCE (Army) No. 1, Dinjan for day to day work such as to maintain Security of office premises, Security of Govt vehicles, Security of various equipments kept in office premises, Misc Work as assigned on each day in one shift from 2200 Hrs to 0600 Hrs complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Quoted rate shall be for working on all days including Sundays and Holidays. One Chowkidar shall be deployed in each shift. Suitable replacement for ensuring weekly rest to the Chowkidar shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to the Government. The Contractor shall also provide re-chargeable battery to the Chowkidar performing duty at night. the quoted rate shall be deemed to include all those components and nothing extra shall be admissible in this account..

Outsourcing of housekeeping services (Safaiwala) by deploying 14(fourteen) Nos Safaiwala for the office of CCE(Army) No. 1, Dinjan and its PMs located in various location of Assam & Arunanchal Pradesh for day to day work such as Brooming and cleaning of office premises & rooms, Cleaning of toilets by using phenyl, naphthalene ball, Misc Work as assigned on each working day in single shift from 0800 Hrs to 1600 Hrs on all days excluding Sunday and Holidays, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1. Materials required for maintaining bathroom/toilet including cost of necessary all stores like phenyl, soap, mug, bucket, duster, broom, naphthalene balls etc. shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the bidders & nothing extra shall be admissible in this account. 2. Quoted rate shall be per working day.

Outsourcing of housekeeping services (Peon) by deploying 08(Eight) Nos Peon for day to day work such as to attend officers, moving the files from different section/tables, cleaning/dusting the office table, computers and maintain necessary office discipline for MES offices of CCE(Army) No. 1, Dinjan and it's PM in various locations of Assam & Arunanchal Pradesh in a single shift from 0800 Hrs to 1600 Hrs on all days excluding Sunday and Holidays, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Quoted rate shall be for per working day.
