M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick (telephone black shade) granite stone, as in WHB counter top, machine cut, (table rubbed and polished) best quality as per sample, over & including 15 mm thick screeding in CM1:4 including rounding & double mouldlng with jointless finish of the edges, including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite.providing suitable dia hole in the slab for the gas pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), to receive floor finishes, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for glazed colour ceramic tiles (premium quality) of size 250X450X6-7mm / 300X450X6-7 mm, as in vertical surface such as i.e. dado/skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, over & including M&L 10mm thick backing coat in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Machine cut kota stone slab 18 to 20mm thick as in floor laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over and including M&L 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for joint free non skid ceramic coloured tiles (premium quality) of size ( square, rectangular ) area of each tiles exc 0.11 sqm but n exc 0.18sqm & 6 to 7 mm thick, as in floors etc., (colour and pattern as approved by GE) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on stone masonry, RCC surfaces, dado surfaces etc complete including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on stone masonry or brick masonary or PCC block masonary surfaces or or on one side of lathing finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed. Note -Rate are deemed to be included for scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles, etc. necessary for execution of work and protective measures.

Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete ceiling surfaces / sunsheds / facia / RCC chajja, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note -Rate are deemed to be included for scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles, etc. necessary for execution of work and protective measures.

Racking out joints/ pointing to squared rubble or polygonal rubble un-coursed or brought up to courses masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar, coursed or un-coursed in walls not less than 12mm deep, washing the joints, removing rubbish off the premises and keeping the surface to pointed or plastered wet for two days prior to re-pointing or plastering complete all as specified & directed.

M&L keyed pointing in cement mortar (1:3) to squared rubble masonry regular coursed or un coursed complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for applying 2 mm thick wall care putty on wall surfaces including rubbing with sand paper to obtain a smooth surface and making good any undulations on the surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper paint on wall surfaces as per manufacturer’s instruction, complete all as specified and directed. Note -i)- Rate are deemed to be included for scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles, etc. necessary for execution of work and protective measures. ii)- Paint shall be in one or more colours/ shades all as approved by GE.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated ceiling surfaces plastered or unplastered, by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil & greasy spots, including cornices etc and applying one coat of white wash on ceiling, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new/old plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of white cement as primer, complete all as specified & directed

Taking down chowkhats or frame with shutters (without taking of shutters from the frames) area not exc 1.5 Sqm each, complete all as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frame with shutters (without taking of shutters from the frames) area exc 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each, complete all as directed.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/window/Ceosetory windows & other Frames/Chowkhat of size 65x125mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200N (Face) & 1100N (Edge), minium compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resitance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S hold fast/lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately) Note : For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Removing existing roof treatment and preparing surfaces to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in Charge /GE including taking down existing plaster, padding,cleaning of all foreign material such as grass roots dust etc and roughening the concrete surfaces by wire brushes and washing down to remove dust etc . flushing at junction of parapets complete and removing the same to the places where as directed.

M&L for neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Sqm and screeding / bedding layer of 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions over the RCC roof slab for laying of water proofing treatment including providing the following as roof treatment complete all as specified and as directed : - (a) FIRST COURSE: Applying a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.4 litre / Sqm manufactured by the same agency that of APP with a density 0.87 to 0.89 Kg/litre at 25 degree celsius on prepared plastered surfaces. (b) SECOND COURSE: Applying one coat of bonding material using blown type bitumen conforming to IS-702 grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm (c) THIRD COURSE : Provide a layer of APP modified polymeric membrane centre core of 100mm micron HMHDPE, outer film 20 micron each, thickness 3.00mm having weight not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm using torch application method with minimum 10cm side lap and 15cm end lap complete . (d) FOURTH COURSE : Applying one coat of bonding material using blown type bitumen conforming to IS- 702 grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm. (e) FIFTH COURSE : 40 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (using 20 mm stone crushed aggregate) as in roof padding, including WPC as per manufacturer instruction. NOTE :- 1. A Information Tablet will be put up in the front side wall of the buildings where this work will be done. All building/structure shall be provided with plaque (tablet) furnishing the information as per PS clause, in plaster engraving in and painted as directed by GE 2.WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in roof padding over roof for making good depression / undulation to make the existing as filling in depression of roof slab, complete all as specified & directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks setting aside [or lowering if required] for repair,cleaning etc., and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position of water tanks of capacity exceeding 500 litres and not exceeding 2000 litres complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully cement conc /spalled out concrete from RCC roof projections, cilinigs ,sunsheds, beams, etc upto cover depth by chipping out lightly including necessary scafolding etc., and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement TMT bars 12 mm dia fixed by way of stitching ( welding ot tieing with existing reinf) incl drilling holes etc & securing ends in walls etc ,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning the existing reinf of slabs , chajjas etc & applying a coat of SIKA RUSTOFF 11 to remove the loose rust particles etc & throughly cleaning the surface.,complete all as specified and as directed.
