Demolition of lime concrete in floors and paving exe 15 cm thick above ground floor (sunken floor) including picking, sweeping cleaning with wire brush and washing down with water to remove dust, dirt to get surface free of laitance , scales, oil or any othet loose material and removing the demolished material outside the MOD land.Complete all as specified and directed

M/L for PCC 1:1.5:3 type A-0 (Using 12.5mm stone aggregate)as in concrete angle-fillets with a radiaus of 75mm shall be provided at junctions between roofs, floor and vertical faces of walls (parapet, pillar for water tank staging and sunken floor) around obstacles such as pipes, chimney stacks, etc. and other similar situation to ease up about corners mixed with Liquied water proffing compound (as per manufactur direction )

Providing and application two coat of acrylic polymer modified cementitious flexible waterproof coating on horizontal and vertical surface for sunken floor as per manufacturer direction after base preparation of cleaning, brushing and removal of flaky materials. The coatings shall be applied at intervals and as per the manufacturer’s specifications and approved by Engineer in Charge . Note : Ponding test after water proofing coating willl be done for ponding for 48 Hrs .

M/L for 15 mm thick protection plaster CM 1:4 floor and wall with polymer modified repair mortar (SBR Latex liquid polymer as per manufactur direction ).Complete all as specified and directed Note :- The rates of SBR quoted shall deemed to be included for these items

M/L for providing 40 mm dia GI pipe (medium grade) spout projecting at least 300 mm beyond outer face of wall or as per direction of Engr-in-charge

M&L for cement concrete 1:7:12 type F2(using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling of sunken portion complete all as specified and directed.Complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 30 mm thick PCC Type B-0, 1:2:4, (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor mixed with SBR Latex liquid polymer as per manufactur direction.Complete all as specified and directed Note :- The rates of SBR quoted shall deemed to be included for these items

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing and rubbish off the premises from MoD all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non- skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding .18sqm in floor etc incl 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, Set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles.Tiles shall be confirming to IS-15622.2006, Group B II with average water absorption between 3% to 6%. Length, width and straightness of sides + 0.10% (Max deviation). Thickness + 5.0% (Max deviation). Centre & Edge curvature and warpage + 0.50% (Max deviation). Breaking strength 1000 N (Minimum) and minimum 95% tiles shall be free from visible defects.Note:- Shade of the tiles including Colour, design and pattern shall be approved by AGE

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles of any design and pattern, 300x450x 7 to 8 mm thick, as in dado etc incl 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4, Set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white of coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles . Tiles shall be confirming to IS-15622:2017, Group B III with average water absorption between 10% to 15%. Length, width and straightness of sides + 0.20% (Max deviation). Thickness + 4.0% (Max deviation). Straightness of sides and Rectangularity +0.15% (Max Deviation). surface flatness + 0.22% (Max deviation). Breaking strength 500 N (Minimum) and minimum 95% tiles shall be free from visible defects. Note: Shade of the tiles including Colour, design and pattern shall be got approved by AGE(I) .Complete all as specified and directed
