Repair to plaster in patches of 2.50 sqm and under and 10 to 15 mm thick including cutting the patch in proper shape and replastering the surface of the walls including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with in a lead of 20 metres with:- cement mortor 1:4

Dismantling G.I. pipes (Internal & external work) including taknig out the pipes outside imposed to wall manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of pipes within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : 15 mm to 40 mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings and clamps, i/c cutting and making good the walls etc. Internal & External Work - Exposed to wall (15mm,20mm, 25mm, 32mm) depending upon the requirement complete in all respect as approved by Engineer-in-charge

Providing and applying white cement based putty of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable Emulsion of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Old work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer incharge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge. With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 10 kg/ sqm)

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : Of area 3 sq. metres and below

Dismentaling old & Providing and Fixing 4 No. English/Anglo Indian W.C. seat including Jet spray along with PVC Cistern, New Taps, Water Tanks (550 0r 1000 Ltr.s) and other Misc. Items of Plumbing complete in all respect.

Painting Two Coat (Excluding Priming Coat) on previsouly painted steel and othermetal surfaces with enamel paint vrushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter:- With enamel paint other than white

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In Cement mortar

Cleaning of chocked sewer line by diesel running vehicle mounting hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine fitted with pump having 4000 litres suction capacity and 6000 litres water jetting tank capacity including skilled operator, supervising engineer etc. for cleaning and partial desilting of manholes and dechocking of sewer lines. Dechocking and flushing of sewer line from one manhole to another by high pressure jetting system of 2200 PSI for sewer line from 150mm dia upto 300mm

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Providing and laying S&S centrifugally cast (spun) iron pipes (Class LA) conforming to IS - 1536 : 100 mm dia pipe

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Supplying, fillling, spreading and levelling gravel of size range 20mm to 40mm in the recharge pit in required thickness, for all leads & lifts, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Preparation of mother surface by cleaning of all type of complete/masnory surface with wire brush/surface grinder to remove the plaster peeling, angle, dust, dirt and all foreign material consolidated of surface. After this Providing and laying water proofing treatment on the roof slab of RCC by applying cement slurry mixed with polymer water proofing compund of approved brand such as Perma Hypercrete or equivalent make in ratio 1:1 or as recommended by company including cost of providing fiber mesh in first layer( overlap of joint of fabric mesh shall not be less than 10cm), widening of cracks and crack repair with bond and micro concrete or pu based sealant. Angle corner making or washing, bond coat on the mother surface. After bonding, one coat of primer and two coats of elastomeric waterproof liquid membrane particular direction complete cost of cement and sand complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation,grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.
