Construction of brick masonary valve pit in repair of size 50x50x60 cm depth (Internal dimension) with one brick thick wall in CM (1:4) on 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation lean concrete PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggs) as in bedding and coping and 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) internally and externally up to 15 cm below ground level providing valve pit cover made of 3 mm thick MS sheet welded with 40 x 40 x 6 mm angle iron frame all round the top fixed by means of 4 Nos hold fast 150 mm long made out of flat iron 40 x 60 mm embeded in PCC block (1:2:4) type B1 (20 mm graded crushed stone aggs)of size 230 x 200 x 100 mm including provision of hinges, welded with angle iron frame and MS cover, MS handle of suitable length, and size welded with MS cover and suitable locking arrangement with applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide, zinc crome primer and necessary excavation and earth work in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.
