Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' (old size) bricks, straight or curved on plan, exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for brick work built in CM (1:6) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius (Except bricks) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on surface of any description of brick or concrete and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement but using WPC @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction and including two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkline primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of debries to a distance exc 250mtr but not exc 500m complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coppings, benching, kerbs, edges for manhole /drains etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of re-inforced cement concrete including re-inforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition in ground floor and paving not exc 15cm thickness complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Pre-cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded broken stone agg) as in cover slab of manholes cover slab etc and set in CM 1:4 including necassary form work and mouldings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Re-inforcement shall be measured and paid seperately.

Material and labour for RCC 1:2:4 Nominal mix type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs and similar works not exc 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping) fair finished flat surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs not exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for mild steel 10 mm dia and over TMT bar, FE 550D cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for mild steel 6-8 mm dia TMT bar, FE 550D cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50m wide, not exc 1.50m in depth for foundation etc n exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out for in any type of soill complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in, soil, including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated spoil/materials to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair of 110mm dia uPVC soil, waste, drain pipe, type ‘B’, conforming to IS 13592-1992, single socketed, in any length, with rubber rings joints or jointed with solvent cement, laid in trenches including dismantling of old pipe as existing and removal from site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note- Rubber rings for pipes and fittings shall conform to IS 5382-1985.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded broken stone agg) as in bed for drain pipe 110mm dia bore including packing under and haunching including necessary shuttering against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PVC (SWR) bends of 110 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 75mm dia uPVC soil, waste, drain pipe, type ‘B’, conforming to IS 13592-1992, single socketed, in any length, with rubber rings joints or jointed with solvent cement, laid in trenches including dismantling of old pipe as existing and removal from site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note- Rubber rings for pipes and fittings shall conform to IS 5382-1985.

Supply and fixing in repair 10 ltr PVC valve less, symphonic action type low level flushing cistern ISI marked , white/coloured , with inlet ball valve, float and handle including flush pipe of polyethylene of low or high density or PVC 32mm dia for low level cistern and brackets complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing PVC connections 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length of 600 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair of vitreous china wash down water closet pedestal pattern (EWC), White including connection to trap and to flushing pipe with ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap, making good to floor, plastic water closet seat cover with mild steel chromium plated hinges and chromium plated jet spray with 1.5 meter flexible LDPE pipe jointed with pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for premium quality, joint free, non skid coloured ceramic tiles, area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, 7 to 8 mm thick as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/square metre and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over and including 15mm thick screed bed or layer in cement mortar (1:4) including dismantling of existing tiles etc including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for premium quality coloured glazed ceramic tiles (300x 450x 7 to 8mm thick) as in vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/square metre and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 finished rough surface to receive tiles including dismantling of existing wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of soil/waste pipe lines of any type of 100mm dia by roding from man hole to man hole cleaning eyes and flushing with water for the cleaning including removal of sludge and re-setting of man holes cover complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 40.00 here in before but for 150mm dia soil/waste pipe line complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of under ground sewer lines of any type and size exc 100 mm dia and not exc 200 mm dia including manhole upto 2 m depth and removing sludge upto 200 mtr of any type of blockage of anykind of manhole or lines by means cleaning through manually by using bamboos, rodding including desludging descaling & clear the chocking where ever flushing the entire stretch all as directed by Engr-in-charge

Cleaning of brick/cement concrete drains of any type and size exceeding and removing sludge to 50 mtr distance complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing blockage from WC's, traps (P-trap/floor trap/nahani trap/gully trap etc) inside the buildings at any floor including cleaning and flushing the pipes upto first man hole as of complaints recieved day to day complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (1) This item inculdes cleaning of each pipes of toilet block/kitchen irrespective of length of pipes involved up to first man hole and altogether shall be taken as one job for payment purpose. Note :- (2) Labours for cleaning of manholes/nahani trap/ gully trap manually will report to AGE B/R-I complaint cell at 0845 hrs daily except on holiday, failing which the recovery @ 250/day per person will imposed to the contractor as the clearing of sewage blockage is an essential service.

Cleaning of manholes/grease traps upto 1.5 metre depth and removal of sludge/silt etc in foul conditions to outside MOD land including testing of manholes by filling with water complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 75mm thick Cement concrete type D- 2,1:4:8 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation, sub base and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern, over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete including dismanteling of existing stone slab and tiles of any discription any type and sub base of the premises complete all as specified and directed.(Note: Design/pattern shall be as approved by GE/Engr -in-Charge at the time of execution)

(Note: Design/pattern shall be as approved by GE/Engr -in-Charge at the time of execution)

Material and labour for pre cast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping,knees, apex stone, Kerb stone ,column, fencing post ,door cills,deck slab, pre cast slab etc and like this set in CM(1:4) complete all as specified

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings, slightly, rounded or chamfered angles complete all as specified as directed.

Removing buildings materials (Demolished /excavated around MD/OTM Accn) including loading , Unloading and Stacking at the destination before loading in trolly and dumped outside of MOD land distance not exc 5 KM complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. Note :- Qty of demolished materials in each load should not be less than 2.50 Cum.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B2 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE:- Amount of credit of Rs. 38,975.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit Page No 19 of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
