Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of auto timer switch for AC of capacity 2 TR comprising of of dial type analog timer 24 Hrs, including single pole MCB 25 Amps, 240 V contactor din rail & connectors including necessary control wiring fixed in suitable size of sheet metal enclosure box complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F flexible PVC insulated FRLS 4 sqmm 2 core copper wire on wall/ through pipe including necessary fixing fittings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx3.15mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to and including copper earth strip 20x3mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion and excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 in chamber, precast RCC cover 50mm thick in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM (Weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm) with cast iron frame, funnel with wire mesh, 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade watering pipe, lugs, 40mm bore GI pipe medium grade protection pipe upto 7.5m complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- The rate of above Item includes the cost of earth lead and GI protection pipe up to 7.5 Metres. Copper strip beyond 7.5 Metre shall be measured and paid for separately.

S&F copper strip 20mmx3.15mm complete with, protection sleeves, saddles, seperator and fixing screws at surrounding inside and outside the building complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F LED light fitting 2x16 Watt flame proof, CMRI certified recommended for gas/ vapor group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection with die cast aluminum hosing with heat resistant toughened glass with LED tube light fixtures driver, holders, connector etc. complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix flame proof exhaust fan, 300 mm sweep (12"), 0.25 HP motor, 1440 RPM,1120 CFM, single phase complete all as specified and directed. Make-Sudhir Cat No EF/140 or equivalent as per make in Appx B as approved by GE.

S&F sub main wiring with 2 Run of 1.5 Sqmm cable multistranded FRLS copper conductors 1100 volt grade IS- 694 marked drawn through and including in steel conduit pipe medium grade ISI marked (not less than 20 mm dia) along with fittings and accessories all fixed on wall and surface on ceiling and including one run of 1.5 sqmm cable for as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- 2 runs of main cable one run of earth wire and one run of steel pipe shalll be measured and paid as one unit).

S&F factory made MCB DB SPN 8 way 240 volt with double door, IP - 43 protection system with having 200 Amps 2 Nos bus bar for neutral bar and earth bus bar fixed/ concealed in wall complete and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floor etc including necessary connection lugging with copper lugs pin/ring type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix switch flame proof rotary type with termination box in LM6, 16A, single pole 250V complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm×60cm× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 SSR Part-I 2009 and specified or indicated including excavation and earth work in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 in chamber, precast RCC 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM (Weight not less than4.00 Kg/Square metre) with PCC frame, funnel with wire mesh, 20mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe, lugs, 15mm mm bore medium grade GI protection pipe, test point etc complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- The rate of above Item includes the cost of earth lead and GI protection pipe up to 7.5 Metres. Earth wire beyond 7.5 Metre shall be measured and paid for separately.

S&F galvanised iron pipe 40mm dia medium grade with all fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screw including with required accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix single pointed air termination aluminium rod 12mm dia 300mm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium strip 25x3.15 mm complete with saddles and fixing screw for fitting the strip complete all as specified and directed.

S&F flame proof weather proof DB SPN DB 8 way including MCB SPN 32 Amps-01 No, MCB SP 6 Amps-04 Nos, MCB SP 16 Amps-02 Nos complete all as specified and directed. Make -MCDB CAT Part No. MCDB - 186 of Sudhir or Equivalent make as per Appx B as approved by GE. Note : MCB shall be of 10 KA rupturing capacity and of C series.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes, etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2(40mm graded aggregate) in foundation , sub base, filling, mass concrete and post holes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of squared rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on stone masonary or other than fair face of brick work finished even and smooth without using extra cement in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggrage as in copings, kerbs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including use of necessary form work all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing excavated material n exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore of gauge not exc. 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base to floor finished fair & even all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub floors complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick of size not less than 1.50 m x 1.50 m machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting, grinding and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 80mm thick, Machine pressed precast concrete, Rubber moulded interlocking paver blocks confirming to IS 15658-2006 made of M-40 Grade, with grey cement and pigment, laid dry over and including 25 mm thick screed river washed sand cushion as in floor, pathway, shape and colour as directed, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), set in CM 1:6 including all mouldings but excluding frame including demolition and removal of old broken jallies etc debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling) corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats 1st quality exterior weather proof water based emulsion (white or tinted) to walls in camouflage pattern including cleaning of windows, doors, internal fittings & any other surfaces by removing splashes / spots after finishing the job and leaving premises, clean and tidy, complete all as specified and as directed . Note :- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/ structure of any height.

M&L for sand stone block set in CM 1:6 in shafts of circular columns, dia of column 300 mm, (swelled or diminished) including moulded caps and base to columns including design engraved on columns as per pattern approved by Engr-In- Charge complete all as specified and directed. (Length of single peice column upto 2.0 m length as required at site.)

M&L for sand stone block set in CM 1:6 in shafts in kneelers, arch stones, key blocks, etc, with or without chamfered markings and feather edge or saddle-back copings (with throated edges) including design engraved on stones as per pattern approved by Engr-In- Charge complete all as specified and directed. (Length of single peice column upto 2.0 m length as required at site.)

M&L for cutting holes in stone masonary walls built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) dia on neck is 5 to 10 mm and length of bolt not exc 5cm long with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete of garde Fe- 290, Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1.60mm thick mild steel, plain, black sheet as in frame in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of red oxide or zinc chrome primer all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor/ stage complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new concrete surfaces over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.
