SITC of Wind operated Turbo Air Ventilator to be fixed on existing GI sheet box on side of the shelter (cost of this box not included in this item) for prefabricated BTS cabin consisting of following including drilling, GI / crome plated nut bolts, arresting any chances of water leakage by useing silicon or other material etc. complete as required. a) Air turboventilator having specifications in attached sheet: Throttle Dia: 21 inch (540 mm). No. of Blades: 36
Providing and fixing of fresh air inlet louvers arrangement with outer frame of size 450 (W) mm x 450 (H) mm made out of M.S. angle of size 40mm x 40mm x 3 mm with weilded louvers of 75 mm wide 20 SWG MS sheet at an interval of 60 mm along with entired width, SS wire mush having each squre of 4mmx4mm to be fixed on the existing angle frame i/c powdercoating, revaiting, cutting of the wall of shelter fixing with 6'' GI/ crome plated nut bolts, this arrangement will be fixed outside the shelter, water tightening with silicon or ther sealing agent. Also S/F of washeble filer of suitable material (SS / Synthetic nylon with GI wire border) having sliging arrangement of GI / Aluminium chanel etc as required.
Providing and fixing of fresh air inlet louvers arrangement with outer frame of size 450 (W) mm x 450 (H) mm made out of M.S. angle of size 40mm x 40mm x 3 mm with weilded MS bars 8 mm thick two way 5 nos each, SS wire mush having each squre of 4mmx4mm to be fixed on the existing angle frame i/c powdercoating, revaiting, cutting of the floor of shelter fixing with 6'' GI/ crome plated nut bolts, this arrangement will be fixed at corners of the shelter floor.
Providing and making 20 SWG GI sheet box of tapper sized on the wall for mounting of turbo dome having approximate quantity of 1.5 Sq.mtrs. GI sheet including cutting the shelter wall , fixing with 6 ' crome plated nut & bolts, arresting of water leackage with silicon or by other item etc.complete as required.
