Satisfactory completed, at least one similar Contract of Providing Services of min 1 Manpower (Service successfully completed to 12 Month) (Accounting consultant and Nodal Engineer ) (Attach Experience Certificate issued by the Central Government /State or Central undertaking boards / Urban local bodies )

Achieved in at least one financial years in last five years 2020-21 to 2024-25 annual financial turnover of Rs. 6.42 lakhs. (Attach Certified balance sheet issued by Charted accountant (With profit loss statement)

Line Of Credit Certificate Rs.5.13 Lakhs

Karnataka labour department Registration Certificate : (Attach valid Registration Certificate of agency obtained from the issuing authorities)

The Bidder should not ever have been declared as ineligible or blacklisted under corruption and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka / Government of India / Government Institutions etc., The Bidder should swear an Affidavit to this effect on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs 100 above. If it is found that the applicant has hidden any such fact at any stage, the contract shall be cancelled and penalty imposed as well as action as per law shall be taken for falsification of affidavit. (Affidavit should be submit to Chief Officer TMC Shiralakoppa)

Provident fund ( PF) Registration Certificate : ( Attach valid Registration Certificate of agency obtained from the issuing authorities) minimum Rs 0.65 lakhs return to PF in any two financial years of previous 5 financial years returns submitted to PF authorities

ESI department Registration Certificate : ( Attach valid Registration Certificate of agency obtained from the issuing authorities) minimum of Rs 0.15Lakhs return to ESI in any two years of previous five years returns submitted to Employee State Insurance (ESI) authorities
