S & F in renewal of 50 mm bore gun metal, globe or gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed to pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying & laying cast iron specials, 150 mm nominal dia for mechanical and push on flexible joints for cast iron or ductile iron pressure pipe lines complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Rubber gasket joints (push on joints) shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for rubber gasket joints (push on joints) for spigot/socket end ductile iron water mains/ductile iron specials complete for 100 mm nominal dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rubber gasket joints (push on joints) for spigot/socket end ductile iron water mains/ductile iron specials complete for 150 mm nominal dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying/ water supply pipe line or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (rocks) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in renewal of 40 mm bore gun metal, globe or gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed to pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in renewal of 25 mm bore gun metal, globe or gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed to pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in renewal of 20 mm bore gun metal, globe or gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed to pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L in renewal for non-rising stem type sluice valves having double flanged for connections of nominal pressure (PN 1.6) as per IS 14846: 2000 of preferred materials, nominal size 150 mm bore including nuts, bolts, packing sheets etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of the existing valve chamber & M & L for construction of new valve chamber of size 1150 mm X 1100 mm X 1000 mm including necessary earth work in any type of soil, PCC foundation M10(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as in base concrete, brick work (one and half brick thick) in CM 1:6 with 20 mm thick cement plaster internally and externally in two coats of (12 mm and 8 mm) in cement mortar 1:4, 3 mm thick mild steel cover of structural steel of grade E165 as per IS 15911: 2010 riveted with angle iron (50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm) frame of structural steel of grade E165 as per IS 15911: 2010, frame welded to base plate of size 150 mm X 12 mm and made of structural steel of grade E165 as per IS 15911: 2010, base plate fixed with 300 mm thick PCC coping in M15(Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm mild steel washer, PCC benching 200 mm thick in M15(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate with necessary, welding, riveting, bolting including painting exposed steel surfaces with two coats of bituminous paint and embedded surfaces of steel with two coats of tar, finishing exposed faces of concrete surfaces and plaster surfaces with three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in renewal of 150mm dia PVC(SWR) single socketed soil waste pipes in any length with rubber ring joints including bend and branch pieces of required size and fixed to wall upto 30 meter height with necessary fixing arrangement such as clamps, nuts, bolts etc and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Safety equipments such as helmets, belts, hooks, clamps and necessary insurance for worker shall be provided by the contractor and the same shall deemed be included in the quoted rates.

Fixing only 150mm dia PVC(SWR) single socketed soil waste pipes in any length with rubber ring joints including bend and branch pieces of required size and fixed to wall upto 30 meter height with necessary fixing arrangement such as clamps, nuts, bolts etc and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Safety equipments such as helmets, belts, hooks, clamps and necessary insurance for worker shall be provided by the contractor and the same shall deemed be included in the quoted rates. (ii) Old serviceable pipes obtained from item 25.00 (here-in-before) shall be reused.

Dismantling of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with fly ash bricks of class designation 7.5 and non-modular size as per IS 12894: 2002, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plastering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (on vertical surfaces) in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats cement base paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 12.5 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs, slab staging for water tanks, filling of pressed steel door frame, fixing of hold fasts and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formworks complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for hardcore (broken stone or boulders) of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete M7.5 (Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate 100 mm thick in sub base for laying tiles, pavings, floorings etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block glossy finish of M40 grade conforming to IS 15658: 2021 made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, cast in rubber mould, glossy finish of approved colour, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 30 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of any size, top bullnosed shape, made of M-25 (Design Mix) grade cement concrete, in position to the required line, level and curvature jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for point wiring for one 3 pin/ 5 pin 15 Amps socket outlet on independent board complete with and including single core PVC insulated, unsheathed flexible conductor FR-LSH cables 2.5 sqmm as per IS 694: 2010, ISI marked, annealed, multistranded copper conductor drawn through & including heavy mechanical stresses class and -5 temperature class PVC casing/capping of suitable size as required at site including modular/ non modular type, all accessories/ fittings/ junction boxes/ inspection cover etc. ISI marked and sunk terminal boxes flush galvanised metal boxes suitable for fixing with 2.5 sqmm copper conductor PVC insulated, unsheathed flexible multistranded copper conductor FR-LSH cable as continuous earth wire connected to metallic body at one end and common earth dolly to other end complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F switch socket combination with (3 pin and 3 pin) having two earthing pins, combined socket outlets, 6A & 16A, 240 V, AC, 50 Hz with earthing contact, rewirable, pillar type terminal, normal protection, unenclosed, without Shutter, Flush type, Design B and switch, 16 A, single pole, one way, 240 V, AC, 50 Hz, ordinary (IPXO), normal gap construction, unenclosed, flush type, screw type terminals, pattern no. 1, rocker type, design A complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix sub main wiring complete with and including two Nos single core PVC insulated, unsheathed flexible conductor FR-LSH cables 6 sqmm as per IS 694: 2010, ISI marked, annealed, multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including heavy mechanical stresses class and -5 temperature class PVC casing/capping of suitable size as required at site including all accessories and fixed on walls and 6 sqmm one No single core copper conductor PVC insulated, unsheathed flexible multistranded copper conductor FR-LSH cable for earthing and connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed. Note - Two runs of 6 sqmm cable, one run of 6 sqmm cable and one run of casing/capping shall be measured and paid as one unit length.
