Taking down defective LT service cable /UG Cable PVC insulated armoured XLPE with aluminium conductor 1100 V grade of any size and capacity from trenches/ floors/poles complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing , LT 1100 volts grade UG cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, laid in trenches/ducts, fixed on wall/inside panel, drawn through pipes all as specified and directed of following sizes:- 25 Sq mm 4 core

-Ditto- all per item no 7 above but 35 Sq mm 3.5 core

Supply & installation commissioning and testing cubical type LT panel factory made out door type structure fabricated from 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet of CPRI approved compartmentalized design not less than 1.5x1.4x0.7 mtr including mild steel channel frame of ISMC 75 at the base of panel only for grouting purpose, and grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate. The panel shall be dust & vermin proof by providing good quality gasket on doors removal covers, gland plates etc. The sheet metal work of the panel shall be painted, with two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete Including all internal connection with aluminum bus bar strips 1100 volts grade of suitable ampere rating. The panel shutter / doors shall be provided with detatchable & flush type hinges including flush cylindrical locks. Provision for cable entry shall be from either side. All joints and connection shall be done by galvanised or cadmium plated high tensile nuts, bolts and washers.
