Hardware upgradation of ERP date centres, againts replacement of existing ERP hardware and software, for C & IT Department of Rourkela Steel Plant” including CAMC for 2 years on Turnkey Contract basis

• Bidder must have successfully completed similar works in any Govt./ PSU/Public Ltd. company during the last 7 years ending last day of the month preceding to one in which NIT is issued. Similar work means CAMC, Replacement and Migration of: a. Compute Infrastructure for Data Centre b. Storage Area Network along with Storage Array c. Server Farm Switches/ Data centre Network Switch d. Operating System e. Backup System f. Experience in any SAP ERP applications migration on new hardware maintaining existing formalities g. Building Management system and Allied equipment

• The tenderer should submit Authorization Certificate from principal OEM for Compute Infrastructure, Storage Area Network, Server Farm Switches, data & Application Backup tools and NON-IT equipment for providing their respective back-to-back technical support with spares & solutions for the subject job with their offer.

• The OEM of the server has to certify the SAP (SAP Application Performance Standard) deliverable from the supplied compute instance wise.

• Consortium bidding is not allowed in this tender.

• The average annual financial turnover should be Rs 18.0 crore (INR Eighteen Crore only) during last three consecutive financial years ending 31st March 2023/31st March 2024.

• Net worth of the bidder should be positive during last Financial year 31st March 2023/31st March 2024 as the case may be, as per audited annual accounts.
