Labour charges for fabricating steel works like window grills, compound wall grills, iron doors, windows including cost of welding rods, power charges, including cost of labour charges for fixing iron doors, iron windows and window grills in position, making holes into RCC or masonry works and making good the same, wherever necessary etc., complete.

Painting two (2) coats for new iron work, with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint in all shades grade-I having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ liter of approved colour and make, over priming coat with ready mixed red oxide metal primer paint for new iron work (total three (3) coats) including brushes to have an even shade, including cost and conveyance of all materials, as directed during execution, complying with standard specifications etc., complete.

Supply and fixing of Galvalume sheet Pre-painted Galvalume Trapezoidal Profile Roofing sheets with 0.47 mm thickness (Total Coated Thickness-TCT), Coating: Alu-Zinc coating AZ150 GSM. Tensile strength: 550 MPA. Paint coating: Regular Modified Polyester painting. Painting thickness (Top): 18 to 20 Microns, (Bottom): 5 to 7 Microns. Sheet Width: 1.020, Length: Maximum 12 Meters with Regular Range Colours with minimum end lap of 15 cms etc., complete as directed during execution (Original coil shall be of make TATA Blue scope/ JSW)

Supply of Medium Density fibre board interior grade both side laminated - 12 mm thick

Supply of Plywood BWR/ BWP Grades - IS:303 (Boiling Water Resistant) - 9 Ply - 19 mm thick

Supply of unskilled/ semi skilled work men (each per day) as directed during execution

Hire charges for tractor, including fuel charge, crew charge etc. complete as directed during execution complete.

Labour charges for fixing iron doors, iron windows and window grills in position

Dismantling Steel work in built up section in angles, flats up direction including all gusset plates, bolts & nuts cutting rivets, welding joints etc.

Hire charges for three (3) days for erection and removal of flat/ sloped roof MS Pipes pendals using 40 mm MS pipes for verticals, horizontals and roof supports etc., fixing with special type gripper MS clamps (Nandu clamps), extra horizontal bracings should be provided from at 2.40 m to roof level and jointing with special type gripper MS clamps (Nandu clamps) for horizontal bracings and column roofing including earth work excavation in all soils (Except rock requiring blasting) to a depth of 0.40 m to 0.60 m. The vertical posts are to be fixed strongly with out any shaking. The roof shall be covered with GI sheet/ Aluminium sheet/ Galvalume sheet and firmly fixed to the purlins. The rate quoted is including conveyance and higher charges of all materials such as MS pips, clamps, GI sheet/ Aluminium sheet/ Galvalume sheet etc and labour charges for fixing and removal etc., complete. The relevant conditions pertaining to pendals are applicable for this item also.

Hire charges for three (3) days for providing white ceiling cloth for decorating the pendals and Mandapam with necessary frame work with decorative frills (jallars) around and border and decorative frills (jallars) at the centre with red or green colour or any other attractive colour wherever necessary etc., complete as directed during execution. The ceiling cloth should be pure white in colour and with out any patches and preferably new or neatly washed and should be in good condition through out the festival or ustvam period and should be removed after the same is over and should be repaired or replaced as and when tornout by any means including due to rain with out any extra cost. The rate quoted is including conveyance of all materials and labour charges for fixing etc., complete. The rate for pendals will be paid as per area of pendals measured on covering plana rea. Note: If, there is any deviation in the usage of good quality of cloth effecting the pleasing appearance and if the contractor fails to rectify it as per the directions of Engineer in charge, a penalty will be imposed by the Engineer in charge. The relevant conditions pertaining to pendals are applicable for this item also.

Hire charges for three (3) days, for erection and removal of side curtains with white/ colour design cloth and required frame work including using necessary bolts, nuts, etc., complete. The rate is including conveyance of all materials and labour charges for fixing and removal etc., complete. The side curtains should be neat and with good appearance in all days, if spoiled in any manner and the same should be replaced immediately. All the relevant conditions pertaining to pendals are applicable for this item also.

Hire charges for three (3) days for erection and removal of MS Pipes pendals with MS Pipes 40 mm dia for verticals, horizontals bracings and roofing. The pendals are firmly fixed with bracings and with necessary frame work/ rope etc., and the roof covered with thick white ceiling cloth along with all round frills (jallars) including anchoring to the ropes to the ground with suitable anchoring and necessary watch and ward against theft and fire accidents and incidental charges etc., complete as directed during execution.

The rate quoted is including conveyance of all materials (transportation charges) and labour charges for fixing and removal etc., complete. The rate for pendals will be paid as per area of pendals measured on covering plan area. Note: - If, there is any deviation in the usage of good quality of cloth effecting pleasing appearance and if the contractor fails to rectify it as per the directions of Engineer in charge, suitable penalty shall be imposed by the Engineer-in-Charge. All the relevant conditions pertaining to pendals are applicable for this item also

Hire charges for three (3) days of colour carpets including cost of charges for spreading and folding after completion of the Festival/ Function etc., and the colour carpets should be cleaned every day and to keep neat appearance as directed during execution. The rate quoted is including conveyance of all materials. The relevant conditions pertaining to pendals are applicable for this item also.

Hire charges for three (3) days, erection and removal of barricading with MS Frames made with MS hallow square tubes. The barrication provided such that it shall be 1.20 m height above the ground level and fixed to the ground (Earth/ CC Road/ BT Road) with base anchors made with MS Angle/ channels true to alignment. The barrication shall be strongly fixed without any shaking including providing inclined struts wherever necessary including labour charges for all the operations such as loading, unloading, erection, removal etc., including conveyance charges to site both ways) and removing the same after completion of the festival and taking away the material etc., complete as directed during the execution.

Varnishing two (2) coats for old wood work with best varnish of approved quality and make including brushes to have an even shade and including cost of linseed oil, boiled, stopping cloth, cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution complying with standard specifications.

Note: - 1. Erection should be completed before two days of Festival/ Utsavam as directed during execution for Pendals, Barrication and Dias. 2. Suitable tying arrangements shall be made such that the pendals/shelters laid shall withstand heavy wind & rain. 3. Proper slopes shall be maintained for smooth drainage of rain water. 4. The shelter provided shall be capable to support necessary illumination, PA system, decoration work, display TVs etc., 5. The agency shall allow the electrical / flower decoration/ PA system etc., over the shelter/barrication/ ceiling cloth etc., without any extra cost. 6. Adequate watch and ward shall be provided by the agency at his cost and dept. will not be responsible for any loss due to thefts/accidents etc., 7. All the sharp projections shall be adequately covered with rubber sheet to avoid possible injuries. 8. The rain proof shelters provided shall be leak proof.
