Providing and fixing in position Gypsum Board False Ceiling as per manufacturer's specifications and instructions of architect at desired height (approx 1.8')with 12.5 mm thick 'Gypboard' screw-fixed to the underside of suspended G.I. grid. G.I. grid should be constructed and suspended from the main ceiling as per manufacturer's instructions and as per specifications using original co. specified framework sections G.I.24 to 26 gauge The Gypboard should be fixed to G.I. grid with 25 mm long drawali screws. The `Gypboard ' to be used should be 12.5mm thick tapered edge boards. The boards should be taped and filled from underside to give smooth, seamless ceiling. The rate should include necessary additional ceiling sections and intermediate channels and openings for light fixtures, A.C. ducts, vertical drops, offsets. etc complete. Additional Intermediate channels should be fixed to strap hangers for additional support to prevent strap hangers from buckling/swaying at every 1200 mm bothways. Item to be completed in all respect including necessary sleeves for ducts and finishing of joints cut outs supports for A.C. grills, light fixtures, speakers etc complete to the satisfaction of EIC.

Providing and fixing in true horizontal level false ceiling grid of 9mm Suprafine XL grid system (1.2' approx from roof slab)as per NIT spec using hot dipped galvanized steel section, exposed surface chemically cleaned capping prefinished in backed polyester paint wall angle of size 1" x 1" used in periphery of the ceiling fixed to the wall/partition/RCC column/band walls with the heip of screws at 1' c/c. Main runner of size 1" x 1 1/4" suspended at 1200mm c/c by using 1"x1/4" dia G.I. angle hanger securely fixed to the structural soffit of RC slab by using 6mm anchor fastener at every 1200mm(max) and 1200mm long cross tee of size 1"x1/4" to be interlocked between in main runner at 600mm c/c(max) to form grid of 1200x600mm. 600mm long cross tee size 11"x1/4"mm fixed in between 1200mm long cross tee for forming a grid of 600x600mm and finally laying tiles of size 600x600x9mm.
