Specification for Supply and Installation of Mobile Toilet (4+4 = 8 Toilets) (with the following minimum or superior specifications, as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge) The mobile toilet van consists of 8 toilets (4+4) with an overall length of 15'8" (4.78 m), breadth including fixed walkway of 8'9" (2.67 m), and height of 10' (3.05 m). It is equipped with an FRP bio-digester tank of approximately 900 litres and a water tank of 750 litres. Each door measures 5'11" x 1'10" (1.80 m × 0.56 m). The basic superstructure comprises MS channels of sizes 100×50 mm for long members, 75×38 mm for cross members and gussets. Door pillars are made of hollow square pipes of 25×50 mm, W.C. supports with MS channel 75×38 mm, and frames with MS hollow square pipes 25×25 mm. The sludge tank is FRP type of 900-litre capacity. Access is provided through two ladders (27 inches or 0.69 m wide) and an aluminium walkway (2 mm thick) supported by MS pipes (66×33 mm). The body consists of single FRP panels (approx. 3 mm thick), a roof made of FRP sheet in G.I. profile (2 mm thick), and FRP integrated IWC flooring. Sludge disposal is arranged with a gate or butterfly valve and a 3-inch PVC or flexible pipe, 3.0 metres in length. The van exterior is finished with NC putty, two coats of Asian primer, and two coats of Asian enamel paint. Electrical fittings include four inside bulb points, one outside tube light, FRP doors, and two mirrors. Sanitary fittings include a 750-litre water tank, two wash basins, one towel rod, two soap trays, and ten taps. The van is mounted on a robust wheel arrangement with two square axles (55 mm), four standard bearing hubs, four sets of heavy-duty spring leaves (13 nos x 900 mm long), and four tyres with tubes and rims of appropriate size.
