M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm (+ 2mm) thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mirror polished machine cut Kota stone slab 15-16 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 and jointed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 16 -18mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for carrying out water proofing treatment for roofs in the following stages - (i) Rendering 10 mm thick plaster/ screed in cement mortar (1:4) mixing with water proofing compound (as per manufacturer instructions) and surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified . Note : (WPC shell be measured separately and paid for under respective item of schedule). (ii) First coat of bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm over plastered surfaces. (iii) Second coat of bonding material using blown type bitumen conforming to IS-702 grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm. (iv) Third layer of APP modified polymeric membrane centre core of 20 micron HMHDPE outer film 20 micron both sides thickness 2.0 mm having weight 3.00 Kg/Sqm. (v) Final coat of blown type bitumen confirming to IS 702-1988 grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per Sqm.

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC (1:2:4 Type B1 using 20 mm graded stone agg) for top most layer as a protective layer finished even & smooth w/o using extra cement laid to slopes as required at site & filling the joints with bitumen mastic ( Mix of bitumen & sand in the ratio 1:1) made @ 0.90 to 1.00m both ways (10mm wide 12 mm deep) made while the conc is still green all as specified and as directed.

M&L for prepration of surface by removing Bitumen based water proofing treatments completely removed by mechanical scarification or by any other effective mechanical means and preparing of surface throughly by cleaning washing and removing dust, dirt, oil, grease, any loose particle etc, on existing concrete surface of RCC chajja, projected balcony/ canpoy/ parapet etc; and applying one coat of Dr fixit prime seal diluted with water at ratio 2:1 allow 2-3 hours to dry and apply 3 coat of Dr. fixit new coat as under :- apply first coat of Dr fixit New coat at the rate of 0.50 litre per sqm allow to dry 6 to 8 hrs & put woven glass fibre mesh 2.5mm x 2.5mm apply 2nd coat of Dr. fixit New coat at the rate 0.5 litre per sqm allow to dry & apply 3rd coat of Dr. fixit New coat at the rate 0.50 litre per sqm. and followed by a overlay protective screed (15mm thick CM 1:3 along with liquid water proofing compound approved make) on top surfaces of concrete Note:- Application shall be done through authorised applicator Each Stage shall be passed by GE before laying further coat complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for carrying out water proofing treatment for sunken portion in the following stages - (i) Taking down of existing sunken slab treatment from the sunken portion and cleaning the surfaces washing down with water and rubbish of the pemises , cleaning and filling cracks with sealing compound, brushing neat cement slurry @ 3.00kg/sqm and grouting 25mm thick cement concrete type B-0 (1:2:4) using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate on sunken slab portion and finishing the top surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement. (ii) M&L for two coat of acrylic cementitious water proofing coating (Dr FIXITpidifin 2k manufactured by M/s Pidilite Industries Ltd or equivalent) and followed by a overlay protective screed (15mm thick CM 1:3 along with liquid water proofing compound approved make) on top surfaces of sunken slab after preprations as mentioned above. Method of application for acrylic cementitious water proofing coating achieved as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.
