Fabrication of MS Channel angle iron etc in required sizes with drilling of holes upto good finish for top channel, bracing and special type bracket etc. as per RESPO schedule and local approved drawing.

Fixing of GI Pipe as per Direction of Engineer in Charge.

Construction of Metering room for Metering Cubical at S/s end Including cost of building / material and it also include the cost of gate etc. of 10 feet height.

Fixing, tightening and nozzling of stay with pole and stay rod on required tension as per drawing/manual in 11 KV line

Grouting of Stay in size 0.6x0.6x0.3 in CC ratio 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 graded stone 20mm nominal size : 8 coarse sand ) block including cost of Cement, sand and stone ballast back filling of soil and boulders in pit and ramming and proper alignment, leveling as per RESSPO Manual.

Excavation of earth for pole pit of size 0.9x0.6x1/6 of full length of pole for erection of pole in all types of soil including proper dressing of sides and ramming of bottom including etting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed complete work

Erection of Sp-55 double support pole in proper level and alignment along with fixing of all accessories like top channel, X bracings & clamps as per RESPO manual.

Grouting of pole in size 0.45x0.45x1/9 of the support in CC ratio 1:4:8 (1 cement:4 graded stone20 mm niminal size: 8 coarse sand) block including cost of cement, sand and stone ballast back filling of soil and boulders in pit and ramming and proper alignment, levelling as per RESPO cnstruction manual

Muffing of poles size 0.45x0.60 cm radius with 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 coarse sand :graded stone 10 mm nominal size) block size 45 cm height from ground level including cost of cement,stone and sand etc

Installation of 33/11 KV Metering cubical in the Metering room with grouting and making all connection.

Painting of SP-55 pole with angle and channel and all steel part by one coat of Red Oxide Primer and two coats of aluminium Paint and two strip of fluorescent altemate Red and White paint 30 Cm wide upto 1.5 Mtrs. From ground level.

Laying of underground 11 KV XLPE cable as per Direction of Engineer in charge.

Cartage of ST pole SP-55 Poles from store centre to construction site with loading, unloading at both points and proper stacking.(Distance 21-50 Km)

Cartage of other material (other than poles) by vehicle from Store Center to nearest construction site Store including loading and unloading at both ends(distance 21-50 Km)

Headload cartage of ST Pole SP-55 from road to site (distance 0-1 Km)

Head load cartage of small material (distance 0-1 Km)

Digging of Pit for making trench 0.6x0.15x1.5 Mtr Depth, Incuding Brick and Sand work & Back filling as per Respo.

Carrage of 11 KV PRMC

Hipot Cable Testing before Engergizing as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Opening of 11 KV Jumper& Making again of section pole

Cartage of 11 KV VCB O/G

Errection of 11 KV VCB O/G as per Direction of Engineer in Charge.

Headload Cartage of 11 KV VCB O/G

Earthing with Copper Plate, Charcoal, Salt digging with duly provided 01 no. cast Copper Plate.

Supply & Laying of HDPE Pipe (Outer Dia 110MM)

Installation of J/Kit 11 KV 3x240 O/D

Erection & Laying of 11 KV Cable 3x240 Sq.MM

Supply of Earth Wire Clamp made of MS flat of size 50x6 mm with suitable size bolt, nut and washer duly paited by red oxide primer. The clamp should be free from any crack, welding & burrs complete in all respect as per sample for STP SP-55 Pole.

Supply of Holding Clamp for SP-55 with Nut and Bolt

Supply of Double Pole Clamp made of MS flat of size 50x6 mm with suitable size bolt, nut and washer duly paited by red oxide primer. The clamp should be free from any crack, welding & burrs complete in all respect as per sample for STP SP-55 Pole.

Supply of Danger Board

Supply of Bolt & Nuts off size.

Supply of GI Pipe 6 inch diameter (8 No. 8 M each)

Supply of GI Strip 40x6 mm.
