Pavement quality concrete (PQC) work 200mm thick with Vacuum dewatering system in pavement/ hard standing laid in bays of flexural strength 40 kg/ per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, with maximum size of concrete of coarse aggregate up to 20mm ,concrete shall be spread ,paved ,compacted and finished by approved mechanical paver as approved by AGE(I) including necessary steel form work and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and application of Epoxy Polyurethanes flooring system for floor coating of 5mm thick by 1) Surface preparation - Cleaning, Grinding, removing the debris etc. 2) Applying Primer - Mix Cipoxy 14 resin and Cipoxy 14 Hardner in equal proportions by volume (1:1) Agitate the mixture for 10 minutes, Apply by trowel, Allow to cure for 5-6 hours. The primed surface is now ready to take up screed & top coat, Theoretical Coverage - 5 Sqm per Litre @ 200 microns. 3) Applying screed - MixCipoxy 15 resin and Cipoxy 15 Hardner in 2: 1 proportions by volume (2:1), Agitate the mixture with FAG Sand at required qty for 10 minutes, Apply by trowel, Allow to cure for 6-7 hours. Theroretical coverage - 400 ml/sqm @ 1000 microns. 4) Seater application- Mix Cipoxy 14 resin and Cipoxy 14 hardner in 1:1 proportions by volume (1:1), Agitate the mixture with talk at required qty for 10 minutes, Apply by trowel, Allow to cure for 4-5 hours, Theoretical coverage - 50 ml/sqm @ 300 microns. 5) Top Coat - Mix Cipoxy SL resin and Cipoxy SL Hardner in 2:1 proportions by volume (2:1), Agitate the mixture at required for 5 minutes, Apply by trowel, Allow to cure for 6-7 hours.

Worm and bevel gears shall not be used. First and high speed reductions shall be through helical gears. All first reduction pinions and also the other pinions if feasible shall be integral with the shafts. All gears shall be of hardened and tempered alloy or carbon steel with machine cut teeth. Gear tooth shall be cut in metric module system. Surface hardening of teeth is not allowed.

Wiring: All the panel wiring should be done by using standard multi core Copper highly flexible, double insulated cables and of Butyl Rubber. Earthing for Electrical items in Crane: Shall be carried out as per IS. Trailing Cables: Trailing cables (Extra flexible having copper conductors only) should be traveling on rollers moving on separate I- Beam parallel to Bridge Girder and both for LT & CT shall be supplied and Erected by supplier. Illumination: 2 Nos. of 90 Watts LED Lamps & fittings shall be provided under the Bridge and 1 No. shall be provided under CT Trolley. (Total lights 3 Nos.). Limits Switches: Hoist shall be provided with both rotary and counter weight type (Over Hoisting and Over lowering) Shunt, adjustable type limit switches. Limit switches shall be provided for both CT & LT. Two way lever type for CT both direction and LT both direction.

SL ITEM No .97 Contd : Painting Instructions: (a) Surface Cleaning: Girder to be shot blasted or chemically treated for surface cleaning, after completion of all operations but prior to painting. Contractor to furnish the details of facilities for Shot Blasting M/c at their/OEM's works. (b) Painting: One coat of Red Oxide Primer with 25 micron DFT (Dry Film Thickness) and 48 hours of compulsory curing after painting (c) The crane should be thoroughly cleaned and final painting with two coats of Enamel Paint (Colour –Golden Yellow) each with a DFT of 25 micron and intermittent curing of 16 hours. Final touching will be done after erection & commissioning at site if required. Anti-collision device: Anti-collision device should be provided in the LT motion (both side). The device should be so set to stop the crane at the distance of 1-2 metre. The device shall be connected only in interlock circuits .

The main electrical components shall be housed sheet steel enclosures suitable for indoor application conveniently located for easy maintenance. The subject crane is meant for the purpose of handling small to medium components of engine assembly. 2. The crane will be put to use for 365 Days’ continuous duty with CT, LT and Hoist movements. 3. The department shall be responsible for providing suitably rated electrical outlet in the Main Electrical Control Panel/Main Distribution Board of the buildings (Refer Drawings). Crane shall be kept in the normal shop floor condition without any temperature controlled enclosure / shop. Max. temperature variation is 25 deg Celsius in 24 hours. Sound level should be minimum and the crane should have decent aesthetic look. Ambient Temperature: 4º C - 50º C & relative Humidity: 55%. 6. Major Technical specifications of the crane are given below. These are to be complied with by the contractor/manufacturer. The parameters which are not specified are to be as per Contractors'/OEM's own design. The contractor shall submit following drawings, giving all design parameters and get the drawings approved from the Accepting Officer. The drawings shall be complete in all respect. Note for SL item No 97 & 98 (i) Providing anti collosion device to prevent accidential collusion of cranes. (ii) The contractor should take electric supply to the cranes from the incoming cable which will be provided. The rate quoted shall be inclusive of DBs, cables upto DSL of crane and connections cost. No extra payment shall be paid by the department. (iii) The original span length shall be taken at site and all technical drawings shall be submitted and take approval before fabrication of crane
