Pavement work

Repairs of damages caused by rain/spillage of water Preparation and surface treatment of formation by removing mud and slurry, watering to the extent needed to maintain the desired moisture content, trimming to the required line, grade, profile and rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5.5.1 (Sub grade prepartion)

Excavation in Cutting in all type of Soil and rock by manual means with lead up to 50 M for carrying of cut earth to embankment ( Half cut and half fill ) as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD specifications for Rural Roads 2014. For making damaged Super elevation .

Construction of Embankment with material obtained from Roadway Cutting/with approved materials deposited at site from roadway as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD specifications for Rural Roads 2014 (Filling/Patri Filling)

Surface Waterproofing on top of the sub Grade soil base/Earthen Shoulder with appropriate technology duly Accredited by IRC, based according to the recommended does and method statement by the manufacturer/technology provider duly approved and accredited by IRC.

Stabilized Sub-base / Base: Providing, Laying, Spreading and Compacting chemically stabilized soil mix for base course on prepared subgrade, including pulverising, adding designed quantity of IRC accredited additives/Cement/Lime to the spreaded soil, proper mixing of soil and granular material with mixing in place method with rotavator, grading with motor grader and compacting with road roller at OMC to achieve the designed unconfined copmressive strength and to form a layer of base strictly as per technical specification clause 404 and method statement of technology provider (Procedure and method statement duly approved by IRC). Including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work,(Soil stabilisation design will be provided by the contractor from NABL accredited laboratory), followed by field tests for CBR, field dry density, UCS durability as per defined sampling frequency specified in MORD. Post laying test and soil proporties shall fullfil the design requirement.

Prime Coat with appropriate technology Duly Accredtted by IRC to Achieve enhanced spreadibility, uniform coverage, penetration improvement, lower residual bitumin, improved water resistance, quick setting & ruduced consumption used with cationic bitumin emulsion CSS1 ( IRC Apporved)- as per MORD section 502 used with recommended doses & method statement of additive by manufacturer / technologi provider ( Duly approved & accredited by IRC).

OGPC with appropriate technology duly accredited by IRC: Providing, laying & rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6mm aggregates with using penetration grade bitumen mixed with additive for inhansed performance and durability to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant. laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity as per MORD section 506, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either type A or type B or Type C as per technical specifition clause 508, The additive shall be IRC accredited and doses and method statement as recommended by manufacturer/ technology provider ( Duly Approved and Accredited by IRC).

Seal Coat with appropriate technology duly accredited by IRC: Providing and laying seal coat mixed with additive, sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using type B as per technical specification clauss 510. The additive shall be IRC accredited and doses and method statement as recommended by manufacturer/ technology provider.

Construction of hill side pucca drain KC TYPE in accordance with the requirement of specifications true to lines and grades. Dimesions and other particulars as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1606.1

Providing & fixing of PMGSY Logo Board at starting point, end point and every 2 Km distance of road length as per attached standard drawing duly painted and written as per MoRD specification and direction by Engineer in charge.Technical Specification Clause 1701

Providing fixing of Citizen Information Board with PMGSY Logo at suitable place in the starting of the road as per attached standard drawing duly painted and written as per the MoRD specification and direction given by Engineer in charge.Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1

Providing fixing of Title Information Board with PMGSY Logo at suitable place in the starting of the road as per standard drawing duly painted and written as directed by Engineer in charge/ as per MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014.

Providing & fixing of Maintenance Information Board with PMGSY Logo at starting or prominent location (where maximum no. of citizens can view the detail of the road) as per standard drawing dully painted and written as directed by Engineer in charge/ as per IRC/ MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014.

Providing & fixing of Semi reflective Traffic Sign Boards (cautionary, mandatory & informatory) as per standard drawing duly painted and written as directed by Engineer in charge. as per IRC/ MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014.

Providing Edge stone on valley side of formation as per drawing including supply of all materials ,labour,T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per MORD Specificaion and as directed Engineer-in-charge.

Emergency Maintenance

Maintenance under PBMC for 1] Trimming of grass and weeds from the shoulders/berms and disposing off the same to suitable locations as per technical specifications Clause 1914. 2] Maintenance of road side Drains including minor slip clearence , reshaping ,deepening and ,regrading ,as well as catch water drains as per technical specification Clause 1907. 3]Maintenance of shoulders to the required level by filling/cutting the soil and its compacting including disposal of the surplus material in approved muck disposal points as per specification clause 1903 . 4] Maintenance of scuppers & Culverts by way of clearing, Cleaning, Erosion repair, repairs to cracks, parapet walls and Protection works as per drawing and technical specification Clasue 1908. 5] Maintenance of Causeway by way of minor Surface repairs, replacing Guide Posts, repair of flood gauges, removal of debris, providing boulders and protection work and painting as per technical specification Clause 1909. 6] Maintenance of road signs by way of cleaning and repainting of mandatory / requlatory / cautionary / informatory and place identifications sign board as per drawings and technical specification Clause 1910. 7] Maintenance of 200 metre km stone by way of refiting of tilted stones repairing with cement mortar, cleaning, repairing and lettering on 200 metre km stone and 5th km stone as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1912. 8} Repairing of pot holes by removal of loose material, trimming of sids, cleaning of surface and providing tack coat bitumen imulsion and patch repair with 20 mm thick premix carpeting and Type B seal coat using bitumen or catonic bitumen imulsion (in 3rd and 5th year). 9] Two coat white washing on parapet walls of CD work ,edge stones, tree truncks, and prominent rock patches on hill sides including preparation of surface by cleaning scraping etc. as per technical specifications Clause 191.
