Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick work or stone masonry walls including rackingout joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 15 mm thick plaster in CM (1:6) on fair face of brick walls finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Wall Panelling with Aluminium Framework & PU Finish (10mm HDHMR Matte) Providing, fabricating and fixing decorative wall panelling made of 10mm thick HDHMR board finished with Matte PU Polish, fixed over aluminium framing system, including all accessories, screws, fasteners, adhesives, surface preparation, primer, putty, sanding, PU base coat, PU top coat, scaffolding and complete work in all respects as per drawings, approved sample and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 1. Aluminium Framework Specification Providing and fixing aluminium framework made from extruded aluminium sections of approved size and thickness, properly aligned, levelled and fixed to wall/ceiling/floor as required. • Aluminium Section Thickness: Minimum 1.2mm (preferably 1.5mm where required) • Framework Spacing: Maximum 600mm c/c or as per site requirement • Fixing: Using suitable rawl plugs / dash fasteners / SS screws • Finish of Aluminium: Natural anodized / powder coated as per requirement Framework shall be rigid, vibration-free and suitable to support panelling. 2. Board Specification Providing and fixing 10mm thick HDHMR board of approved make and grade. • Board Type: HDHMR (High Density High Moisture Resistant) Thickness: 10mm Density: Minimum 850 kg/m³ • For modern interior design charcoal Georgian Beading should be used. • Dimension 16mm to 38 mm as per site requirement • Colour / Finish should be charcoal grey ,anthracite grey or matt black with 3d embossed surface • Beading shall be free from warping, swelling, cracks and shall have uniform thickness. It should be fixed to Hdhmr with help of head free nails and FDA Grade High Strength Silicone Sealant if requird 3. Fixing of HDHMR Board Board shall be fixed on aluminium framing using: SS screws / self-tapping screws. PU adhesive / Fevicol SR 998 / equivalent • Proper joint alignment and tight fixing without gaps. All joints shall be finished neatly and as per approved pattern. 4. PU Polishing / Surface Finish Specification (Matte Finish) Providing and applying Matte PU finish on exposed surface of HDHMR board including: a) Surface Preparation : (i) Cleaning surface and making it dust-free. (ii) Filling joints, screw holes and imperfections. b) Primer / Sealer : Applying 2K PU sealer/primer minimum 2 coats. c) Putty / Surfacer : (i) Applying 2K PU putty/surfacer minimum 2 coats. (ii) Sanding after each coat to achieve smooth finish. d) PU Base Coat : Applying PU base coat minimum 2 coats. e) PU Matte Top Coat : (i) Applying 2K PU Matte Top Coat minimum 2 coats by spray application. (ii) Matte finish gloss level approx. 10%–25%. 5. Sanding & Finishing Standard : (i) Sanding shall be done using suitable grit papers (180/220/320/400/600). (ii) Surface shall be smooth and uniform without patch marks. (iii) Finish shall be free from pinholes, bubbles, cracks, peeling or brush marks. Total PU coating thickness shall be minimum 120–150 microns including primer, putty, base coat and top coat. 6. Workmanship & Quality : (i) Panels must be properly aligned, levelled and symmetrical. (ii) Joints shall be uniform and properly finished. (iii) No visible screw heads, unevenness or misalignment. (iv) Final finish shall be smooth, durable, stain resistant and washable.

Dismantling and taking down U/S copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket, power) complete fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, lamp holder, light fitting etc including CI/Pressed steel terminals, switch box, and making good the disturbed surface of wall/floor etc, to match with the existing surfaces of wall/floor complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down carefully existing DB’s any type and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/floor to match with the existing wall/floor etc. complete all as specified. Note:- i) Cost of cutting chases of suitable girth where required on brick /concrete surface and making good disturbed surface shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates( ii) If the contractor fail to make good the disturbed surface of wall/floor etc and do not match with the existing surface of wall/floor to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge a recovery @ of Rs. 50/- per RM will be made from payment due to the Contractor. In case of any dispute the decision of accepting officer will be final and binding. Material & Labour for Point Wiring for one light Point/one fan point/ one call bell point, controlled by one switch with 1100 volts grade single core conforming to (IS:694 /1990) PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5 sqmm multi stranded copper conductor cable (FRLSH) with contineous earth wire of 1.5 Sqmm stranded copper conductor cable (FRLSH) PVC insulated unsheathed , drawn in and including concealed PVC conduit ,duly concealed to wall/floor or above false ceiling with fittings(ISI marked) not less than 20 mm dia (Color coding of wires shall be Phase, neutral and earth wire all as specified ) sunk Metal flush box with and incl decorative polycarbonate frame for housing Modular Switches, sockets , fan regulators etc including white cover cover plate complete all as specified and directed.
