Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:6 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Add for plaster drip course/ groove in plastered surface or moulding to R.C.C. projections.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Providing and Laying of Interlocking Concrete Block (M-35) Pavements having thickness 80 mm as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1504.

Providing and fixing of termite resistant, 32 m.m. thick, both sides laminated 1.0 m.m. thick, teak wood edge bending, heavy duty flush door shutters in sizes as per the design and drawings / as per requirements, complete with all stainless steel hardware, mortise locks, tower bolts, aldrops, door closers etc., as required including all the materials, labour, tools and plants etc upto the satisfaction of the engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing of wooden wall panelling in boxes as per the approved design in teak ply polished to desired colour and texture. 19 m.m. thick marine grade, termite resistant plywood shall be fixed over the frame of hollow aluminum rectangular tubes frame, whick shall further be covered with 4 m.m. thick ply and teak wood moulding as required as per design and finished in spirit polish / deco paint as per the desited shade and texture complete with all materials, labour, tools and plants etc. upto the satisfaction of the engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing of wall panelling in 12 m.m. thick marine grade, termite resistant plywood covered with 50 m.m. thick foam and fabric cut and pasted in variable sizeds as per the design and approved colour and shades complete with all materials, labour, tools and plants etc. upto the satisfaction of the engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing of Zebra window Roller Blinds (20255-1) complete with all materials, labour,tool and plants etc. upto the satisfactionof the engineer in charge

Providing and fixing of false ceiling as per aooroved design in g.i. channels POP/Gypsum boards plywood, laminates,oil bound lautre paints etc. complete with all materials, labour,tool and plants etc. upto the satisfactionof the engineer in charge

Maufacturing and fixing of conference table as per approved design in teakwood, 19 m.m. thick marine grade termite resistent plywood, 1 m.m. thick laminate, foam and fabric panes as acoustic panels in front, complete with all accessories, hardware etc., but excluding the electrical wiring, electronic equipment for A/V system complete with all materials, labour, tools and plants etc. upto the satisfaction of the engineer in charge.
