Providing sewerage system to Dehra town

Excavation in foundation, trenches ( for pipes & pits) upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing and pumping out water, blasting soft/ hard rock or chieselling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade i/c shoring /strutting , planking, timbering & dewatering wherever required, stacking the useable & unuseable material /soil separately & after laying jointing & testing of pipes, returning the useable soil in trenches in 15 cm layers including consolidating of such deposoited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated soil /unusable material as directed with in all leads & lifts including restoration, unmetalled surfaces to its original condition & including cost of diversion for traffic, night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects with in all leads & lifts as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1: 4 : 8 (1Cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) & curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in foundation & plinth)

Brick work using 2nd classcommon burnt clay building bricks in superstructure in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement, 3 sand) with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centring & shuttering in foundation & plinth with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect. In Foundation & Plinth

15 mm thick cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/stone/concrete walls for interior plastering up to floor -2 level including arrisses,internal rounded angles, chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth in C.M 1:3 ( 1 cement 3 sand ) with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for RCC work in

Suspended floors,roofs,landing and shelves and their supports balconies,beams, girder,bressumers and cantilever up to floor-2 level with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect..

Providing form ordinary timber planking so as to give a fair finish i/c centering shuttering ,strutting and propping etc. with wooden battons and ballies,height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.00 mtr and removal of the same for in situreinforced and plain concrete work in :-

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floor roofs landings and the like floors etc. up to 200 mm in thickness including all leads and lifts complete in all respect..

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and of ballies complete ( cost of posts,struts and straining bolts shall be paid for separately.)

Providing in RCC smooth finishing to the exposed surface in C.M 1:3 ( 1 cement, 3 sand) complete in all respect within all leads and lifts.

Providing & fixing SFRC manhole cover with frame having size of 500 mm internal dia ( Medium duty) with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing Laying, jointing & testing of Ductile iron pressure pipes with spigot & socket end class K-7 conforming to IS 8329/2000 and ammendment No 1 suitable for (push -on) ribber gasket jointing with inside cement mortar lining and external zinc coating followed by a finishing layer of bitumen coating duly ISI marked will be suplied. The standard length of pipe 5.50 mtr of following diameter including all tube fitting are required as per actual site of work with in all leads and lifts i/c cost of Tees, bends, Sluice valve, chamber for sluice valve & Thrust block as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in Charge. ( Cost of earth work to be measured and paid separately )
