EMERGENCY AND OPERATIONAL REPAIRS DURING DRY DOCKING OF ICGS ARUNA ASAF ALI

H-076 : Dry docking of ship including Yard services i.e., Fire Main, Supply of Fresh water, compressed air, provision of stabilised power supply, Crane facility and Gas free certification, other allied essential Services, as required.

H-077 :Port ship side sheer-strake plate & 1st below sheer-strake plate, between Fr. no: 15.5 to 20.5 deformed to be cropped and renewed. Additionally, ship chine (Port) deformed in way of Fr no: 15 to 20. The bottom plate below chine suspected severe damage, to be assessed post dry-docking and remedial measures as recommended by the Class surveyor to be undertaken. Plate Renewal of approx 03 Tons (Mat: IS 2062 B, Thick: 05 mm) to be catered. Post renewal of plates, full painting to be undertaken as per CGBR 382, Issue 2. (Total Area: 30 Sqmtr, Paint Scheme: M/s Sigma).Paint (including Underwater/ Boot top area) and Material Yard Supply.

H-078 :Port side catwalk plate between Fr. No.: 16.5 to 21 found buckled to be renewed as per class surveyor’s recommendations. All in way jobs included. Material Yard Supply. Paint CG Supply.

H-079: Port side super structure plating i.w.o Fr no: 13 to 15 above seam, between Fr no: 15-18 to be completely renewed. Renewal of affected stiffeners in way of damaged plates to be carried out. Mat: Aluminium, Grade- AA5083 H116, Thick: 4mm, Total Area 12 Sq. mtr., (cater for 800 Kgs of Aluminium plates including stiffeners) Paint CG Supply. All in-way jobs i.e, de-gutting & re-gutting, removal and refitment of cable trays, pipe lines, electrical light fittings, lagging etc to be catered.

H-080: Louvers (2 nos.) in super structure bulkhead found cracked on Louvers frame. To be renewed as per Class Surveyor’s recommendations. Mat: Aluminium, Area: 10 Sq. Mtr, Thickness- 10 mm, Grade- AA5083 H116. All in-way jobs included.

H-081: Deck plating of flag deck from the edge to soft patch between Fr no 13 to 17 to be renewed. Port ME soft patch between Fr. No. : 13 to 17 found broken, to be renewed. 1st outboard longitudinal deck head stiffener found deformed between Fr. no: 13 to 17, to be renewed. Railing on Port side found uprooted. Same to be renewed. All renewal to be carried out as per Class Surveyor’s recommendations. All in-way jobs to be catered. Mat: AA5083 H116, Thick: 4mm, Total Area 6 Sq. mtr., Paint CG Supply. Material Yard Supply.

H-082 :Web frame of Engine room at Fr. No.: 16, 17, 18, 19 (P) found deformed, along with end attachment brackets (side shell frame, deck head bracket, longitudinal deck & shell, stringer) to be renewed. Mat: Grade- IS 2062 B. Material yard supply. All inway jobs included.

H-083: Pipelines in way of deformed shell plate area in forward Engine Room found deformed/bent. To be renewed (Dia: 40/60 NB, Length: 50 Mtrs, Mat: MS). Pipes to be pressure tested upto 8 Kg/Sq cm, Material yard supply.

H-084: STP plant dislocated from the original position/ foundation to 200mm towards CL of ship. STP pipelines bent/ deformed from the flange. STP to be relocated on completion of hull repairs and affected pipelines/ flanges etc to be renewed, as per as per Class Surveyor’s recommendations. Job involves re-fabrication of foundation frames, realignment, renewal of SV Mounts and operationalising the system. Material Yard Supply.

H-085: OBWS uprooted. To be refitted alongwith Control panel, on completion of hull repair. Material yard supply.

H-086: Deformed support frames for chequered plates to be renewed/ material yard supply. Angle bar material-MS, length- 20 mtrs.
