SPECIAL REPAIRS OF INTERNAL ROADS AT OR MD ACCN HARNI LINE AND NEAR 240 OR (BLDG NO P-385) FVT OF EME SCHOOL, VADODARA

Material and labour for repairs to potholes any depth, not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) and rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirts, dust and applying evenly one priming/ tack coat with paving bituminous primer at the rate of 5 Kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen of grade 80/100 (VG-10) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete, 30mm consolidated/ compacted thickness with 5.5% (paving bitumen VG-30 Grade) binder content by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant, spread by using mechanical paver and 8 to 12 tonne power road roller, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing existing unsurfaced water bound macadam (WBM) surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, scarifying or picking up gravelled macadam/ bituminious macadam in area exceeding 400 sqm and not exceeding 50mm deep, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and dust and applying evenly one priming/ tack coat with paving bituminous primer 80/ 100 (VG-10) grade @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm for below BM surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for bituminous macadam with 4% binder content (paving bitumen) laid/ rolled and compacted to by using 8 tonne to 10 tonne power road roller to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness not exceeding 75mm) using Hot mix plant & mechanical paver with (paving bitumen VG-30 Grade) binder content of 4% by weight of total mix complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for marking strips, straight lines, zebra crossing and straight lines not less than 2mm to 2.5mm thick and exceeding 10cm width with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint of approved brand (White or yellow) by using automatic mechanical road painting machine with 8% glass beads (intermixed) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for moorum in Road side berms, spread thickness 75mm. Spreading consolidating as required and rolled with power road roller complete all as specified and as directed.
