M/L PCC bed 1:5:10 in fillings & Mass concrete all as specified in MES SSR 2020.

M/L RCC work 1:1½:3 for slabs supported on walls, columns , roofs, landing, balconies, canopies deck slabs and in shelves and the like all as specified in MES SSR, 2020. Note : Only OPC cement will be used for all RCC works.

Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement blocks masonry with 150 mm/230mm/300mm thick AAC blocks in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level with RCC band at sill level and lintel level with approved block laying polymer modified adhesive mortar all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (The payment of RCC band and reinforcement shall be made for separately)

M/L brickwork with fly ash brick in C:M 1:4 straight or curved on plan exe. 6m mean radius with designation 75 bricks all as specified in MES SSR 2020.

M/L screed 15-20 mm thick in C. mortar 1:4 for laying of marble/tiles all as sp. in MES SSR 2020.

S/f of Marble tiles upto 0.60 Sqm x20mm thick machine cut, bedded jointed and pointed with grey cement slurry including cutting and polishing type (excluding screed) White Marble.

S/F machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified in MES SSR, 2020. (Excluding screed).

S/F 2nd class Hardwood, Plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints, supplied and fixed all as specified in MES SSR, 2020.

Use & waste of formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, Columns, beames, landing and similars work, not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) fair finished surface all as sp. in MES SSR 2020.

S/F Mild steel bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips all specified in MES SSR, 2020.
