Dismantling and de-hoisting of 24 m height Roof Top Tower (RTT), having approximate weight of 4.00 MT, including cable runways, gantry, ladders and platforms etc. carefully without any damage to the sections with necessary precautions to prevent the materials from falling on the ground and sorting, stacking and grouping, bundling with rope or binding wire for easy handling and unloading from 4th floor level to Ground by providing rope an pulley arrangement etc. complete.as directed by the Engineer in charge..

Steel work for making template of tower base for future installation with MS plate and angle sections including making necessary holes providing with nuts and bolts etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Shifting of Tower Materials weighing approx. 4.00 MT from Thamarassery to Kunchippally RTT site (approx 65 KM) and lifting upto fourth floor level and stacking at roof top, with mechanical Transport including loading and unloading and stacking at stores etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Demolishing R.C.C. stem, Tie beam and Engine alternator bed etc. by mechanical means such as power driller/Jack hammer /manually including gas cutting the Foundation bolts and steel reinforcement stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Disposal of dismantled concrete debris etc. from 4th floor level to Ground and then disposing through mechanical Transport to the corporation dumping yard including leveling and cleaning the site etc. complete.

Dismembering of BTS/ panels/ engine shelter roofing along with structural steel members /grills etc. and unloading to ground floor from 4 th floor level and shifting to Malapramba BSNL stores .The cost is inclusive of unloading , transporting and unloading and stacking at site etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead :

With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).
