Maintenance of Street Lights, High Masts on Delhi PWD Roads under PWD M-South Division during 2025-26

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 3 Mtr. height decorative pole made out of cast iron based with Galvanised steel tube having Bottom-139mmX4mm x 1000mm, Top-76X3mm x 2000mm & MS Base Plate 450X450X10mm, pole above the ground level powder coated with Die cast aluminium embellishments, provided with oval/rectangle shape service window with sleeve type window cover i/c 32 amps heavy duty connector shall be inbuilt into the pole (a) heavy duty 4 way connector and 6 amp single pole MCB, wiring upto the light fixture from the junction box using 3-core x 1.5 sqmm flexible ISI marked copper wires.

Providing and laying in position 1:2:4 reinforced cement foundation of size 450mm x 450mm x 800mm deep i/c excavation of earth, providing , cutting, bending and placing in position, 8 nos. reinforcement of cold twisted bars of 12mm dia-860mm long (NS) - & 4 nos. reinforcement ring of cold twisted bar of 8mm dia - 1800mm (NS) equally distanced in lenth of vertical bar as required with positioning of foundation bolts and providing 40 mm (O.D.) DWC, HDPE Pipe of 0.3 mtrs. length for cable entry & exit i/c dismantling of the existing damaged foundation and dispose of the malba at suitable location etc as reqd. (For 3 mtr & 4 mtr. pole)

Supplying and fixing 4 Nos. 20mm dia X 450mm long GI foundation bolt (EN8 grade) with nuts, washer including 2 Nos. template of 4mm thick size 240mm x 240mm with 4 nos. 20mm dia holes, to match with PCD of Pole base plate as reqd. (For 3 mtr & 4 mtr. pole)

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of 40 Watt Decorative type LED Post Top made out of pressure die cast aluminium housing, PC/PMMA diffuser with stainless Steel pins & toggle PU painted With Highly Efficacy Electronic External Driver High Voltage Protection, Power LED Warm White Mounted on MCPCB with Better Heat Dissipation Arrangement minimum lumen 100lm per W suitable for warm white light having minimum CCT 4000K power factor not less than >0.90, CRI > 70% ,complete with all accessories and External LED driver complete etc. as reqd. suitable for mouthing on 60OD Pole Complete etc.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc..direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Fabricating supplying and fixing wiremesh frame work made out of 40x40x6mm thick angle iron having 40x6mm flat strip & wiremesh 6 swg dia m.s wire with 25mmx75mm space in between mesh & top covered for rain protection by 16 SWG MS Sheet and making main door gate having suitable locking arrangement with godown lock (Frame size shall not be more than 60 cm x 90 cm) i/c grouting with cement concrete & primer and spray painting with super synthetic enamel paint of approved colour quality etc as reqd.

Supplying and laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheated/XLPE aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size In the existing RCC/ HUME/METAL pipe HDPE

Supplying and drawing following sizes of PVC insulated copper conductor multicore cable in the existing poles and bracket from cable termination connector to the fitting i/c providing suitable copper lugs connections etc. as reqd.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Dismantling manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge :
