PART-A Providing Services for Operation & Maintenance of 2 x 800 KW GEG (Gas Engine Generator), 2 x 220TR VAM (Vapour Absorption Machine), 1 x 1010KVA DEG (Diesel Engine Generator) including Cooling Tower, Pumps, Valvs, Water Pipeline Electrical System and other auxilaries/ associated facality installed at GAIL Jubilee Tower, Noida. Comprehensive Service shall include day to day maintenance, troubleshooting break down,routine maintenance & Periodical schedule maintenance including supply and replacement of all the required spares and consumables for scheduled maintenance of 2x800 KW GEG, 2x220TR VAM, 1x1010KVA DEG . O&M Services shall be round the clock(24Hrsx365 Days) including holidays. a) GEG SCOPE- E10/20/30/40, DEG SCOPE- A/B/C checks as applicable, VAM Annual Maint. and Quarterly Health Check- all these are including scheduled maint. Spares and Consumables. b) Cooling tower- chemical dosing, water testing, fills replacement, cleaning, descaling, etc. c) Balance of plant- battery replacement, cleaning of panels, testing of all relays, breakers etc, SPM/vibration, cleaning, bearing lubrication/greasing work, insulation repair, valve dropping/ cleaning/descaling , routine maint. of pumps and motors and other equipment etc. as per requirement.
