Surface excavation in hard/ dense soil, n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 9 cm deep and getting out.

Preparation of black top surfaces prior to application of primer/ tack coat, by sweeping with brooms, brushing with hard wire brushes & then with softer brushes for removing caked earth & other foreign matter etc. and finally fanning the cleaned surface with compressed air; as directed to remove all loose dirt etc.

M&L applying evenly a Priming/Tack Coat with paving bitumen conforming to IS 73-2006, @ 5 kg per 10 sqm, sprayed uniformly over the dry prepared surfaces using mechanical sprayers with self heating arrangement and spraying nozzles to provide a uniform & even spread of bitumen just immediately before spreading of mix.

M & L premixed bituminous macadam using paving bitumen conforming to IS 73-2006, laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8-12 tonne power roller (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) using 4% binder by weight of total mix to make good all as speciefied in pot holes / depression in patches.

M&L, Providing bituminous premix asphaltic dense concrete prepared in 'Hot Mix Plant and laid by mechanical paver machine, 25mm (minimum) consolidated thickness with 6.00% binder content (paving bitumen conforming to IS 73-2006) by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete by 8-12 tonne power roller.

M & L premixed sand seal coat with 0.06 cu.m. of sand mixed with 6.8 kg of paving bitumen conforming to IS 73-2006, per 10 sqm, applied by mechanical paver and rolled to a uniform smooth surface.

M&L, Moorum / Red bajri in filling spread, levelled and rammed including watering to gradient and chamber required.
