Installation & commissioning of 11 KV/ 415 volt, 750 KVA distribution transformer incl. carriage to the substation building within a lead of 30mtr by placing in position and fixing after leveling fitting all components, connecting, checking & set of all instrument, relays according to requirement as instructed by the EIC incl. S&F base channels etc. The two transformers should be identical such as same percentage impedence, same vector group for parallel operation.
L.T. Panel Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of free standing, floor mounting indoor type, air insulated, totally enclosed dust and vermin proof compartmentalised, cubical type made up of 2 mm thick sheet steel enclosure panel suitable for use on 415 V, 3 Ph.,4 wire, 50 Hz. A.C. system, incoming circuit breaker/ S F unit, high conductivity TP & N tinned copper bus bars,cable gland plates with proper glanding and finishing , extended copper bars for cable connection, outgoing moulded case circuit breakers C.Ts, outgoing feeder terminals and incoming cable compartment. The incoming and outgoing functional units shall be arranged in multi tier formation to provide a compact panel. Each unit shall be accommodated in a totally separate compartment having gasketted hinged door with door knob. The Panel shall be complete with switches/circuit breakers of following ratings, interconnection, G.I. earth bus bar of adequate size covering the total length of switch board with drilled holes, G.I. bolts, nuts, washers etc. The cubicle should be of power coated painting after necessary acid treatment. The complete fabrication, construction shall be done as per the detailed specification and conforming to the relevant IS. Short circuit interrupting current of all MCCBs should be of 50 KA minimum. Name plate of Panels/DBs Danger Board, incoming and outgoing feeders with Ampere rating of switches/ MCB/ MCCB etc. are to be fixed up on front door above or below the respective switches. Approval of Manufacturer's drawings from Consultant/Employer is required before commencing manufacture and panel should be tested in the presence of Consultant/ Employer's engineer at manufacturer's premises before dispatch to site. F. CABLE ALLEY for panel cable alleys for out going connection are to be made incl. S & F suitable nos of Brass Studs type connector on insulated chair having current carrying capacities as per the out going switches rating. Inter connection with the M S & Stud connectors is to be made with ssuitable size stranded copper wire & copper bars as per the switch rating as specified in Interconnection.

BASE:- The panel will be rest on 5" thick brick base above GL 450mm having net cement finish and hole to facilitate cable entry to the panel as per direction of EIC. And Auto Cad Drawing of the panel has to approve by EIC before making of pannel
Making testing arrangement and submitting the test report for high voltage testing of specified voltage incl. checking & testing of all HT / LT equipments by authorized firm of Directorate of Electricity & commissioning the installation after obtaining the Approval of Directorate of Electricity.The scope shall be also included the necessary approval from Authority also.
Supplying and laying of 1 No. 11KV (E/UE) Grade 3 Core 240 Sqmm. XLPE insulated Aluminium conductor, PVC sheathed, armoured cable confirming to IS 7098, of earthed system in the existing covered masonay trench including taking out R.C. covers, setting them in order, filling the trench with the trench with fine dry sand including supply of sand.[ From Supplier HT Gear to Consumer HT Gear and to Transformer]. Kiosk box for Pump Supply,erection & installation of outdoor hooded type KIOSK made of 5 mm thick MS sheet having height-1780 mm, width-2050 mm & depth-1000 mm provided with gasketed double leaf double door arrangement. The doors should have both railway type locking arrangement as well as pad locking system. The Kiosk shoul be provided with four nos lifting lugs on opposite sides of vertical walls.The Kiosk to be provided with brass mesh for proper ventilation at the top at the fixed two vertical sides of the body of the Kiosk. The hood of the Kiosk should be extended sufficiently to prevent rain water infiltration through the brass mesh and the door leafs to be overlapped sufficiently to prevent rain water ingress inside the kiosk.There should have at least 2 (two ) nos earthing terminals provided on the opposite fixed vetical outer walls near the base.All inside and outside walls to be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of R.O. primer. The kiosk to be erected on the brick pedastal of size 1400 mm x 2400 mm & height -600 mm having hollow space inside filled with dry sand and neat cemented finish with properly maintained slope on the outside to prevent water logging at the foot of the Kiosk provided with cable entry and exit facilities at the base of the pedastal. The metal structure should have self supporting and long angle iron legs having bifercation at the bottom for grouting inside the muffing of the pedastal.The kiosk to be provided with two layers of horizontally alligned 50 mm x 5 mm MS flats welded properly with the body of the kiosk in which each layer should have at least 4(four) nos of MS flats with holes provided with proper size of nuts and bolts for fixing switches and bus bars so that all switches and bus bar chamber can be fixed in door facing orientation.The Kiosk to be provided with the followings-
