| 1.01 | • Material: Premium quality 3 mm White ACP Boards, custom-cut using CNC technology.
• Framing: Each sides of the board will have 4-inch width borders, framed using 1-inch GI square tube (minimum 16 gauge). Frame to be primer-coated and painted for durability.
• Design & Printing: Remaining area after fixing of lettering, emblem & milk galss design will be completed using premium quality vinyl sticker as per the approved artwork. The colour scheme: Blue letters on a white background. The artwork will be provided by milma.
• Installation: The scope includes fabrication, transportation, and complete installation, including all related charges at milma dealer outlets in various locations under Kozhikode Dairy & Ramanattukara Depot.

| 1.02 | • Lettering , milma Emblem and milk glass design
o ‘Milma’ lettering and Milma emblem to be crafted from premium quality 2 mm acrylic sheet in Blue colour.
o Acrylic clear sheet 2 mm to be fixed on the back side of the lettering and milma emblem.
o Lettering dimensions: Height – 10.5 inches, Total length – 54 inches.
o Emblem size: 15 inches x 15 inches, round.
o Design of milk glass with size of 45 inch height *34 inch width
• LED Lighting:
o LED modules: 160 high quality modules (480 LEDs) per board.
o Accepted brands: Samsung / ADS / Hi-Lit.
o Mounted on 3 mm waterproof foam sheet.
o Powered by good quality SMPS with a minimum two-year guarantee.

| 2.01 | • Size of Acrylic Backlit LED sign bards will be 18 inch Height*12 inch width for installation of milma outlets. Premium quality 3 mm Acrylic LED Board with approved design

• LED modules: 40 high quality modules (120 LEDs) per board.
• Accepted brands: Samsung / ADS / Hi-Lit.
• Mounted on 3 mm waterproof foam sheet.
• Powered by good quality SMPS with a minimum two-year guarantee.
• Approved design should be pasted on the Acrylic board using UV vinyl clear print.
