S & F rolled mild steel work in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc., quality confirming to GDE Fe 410-S complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Demolition of Cement concrete (Unreinforced) of any description in ground floors and pavings n exe 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M &L 10mm thick colored paver tiles (Endura Tiles) of size 300 x 300mm over and including a layer of 20mm thick screed bed in C.M 1 :4 joints filled with coloured cement to match the existing , complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in cills, lintels, upto 1.50 metre clear span, copings, benching, bed plates etc. and in similar works including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and necessary form works complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-I using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in floor and finished even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F glass dividing strips 38mm wide and 3mm thick, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in plinth protection laid in alternate bays (n exc 2 Sqm each ) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and providing joints throughout the thickness of the plinth protection filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in (other then ground floor) roofs , beams staircase , landing , chajja and similar suspended works reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for pre cast cement concrete type B-1(1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in landing cover slabs for man holes , landings, balconies canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like including formwork etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for mild steel TMT bar 10 mm dia and over cut to lenth bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hopping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0,.9mm dia or screwing with clip etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
