Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel section Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality "B" framed work as in doors or gates with frame/chowkat with hand made holdfast made from angle of other section with gusset plates, rails braces, flat etc. complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings with sliding door bolts etc. (excluding steel covering which shall be measured and paid separately under respective items in this Schedule) and hanging fastening and fixing at any level in high raised bldg complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses / Framed work including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed

S&F Mild steel bolts. purpose made. with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends; each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut. Exc 30cm long Exc 12 n. exc 20mm diameter of neck all as specified

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved in plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:6) using old size bricks complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete wall/ceiling etc including racking out joint hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for applying two coat of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces. all as specified and directed for work upto 4 th storied.
