S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based trapezoid profile steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of and colour having tensile strengh of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws with bitumen washer to truss members of any material, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for pre-painted hot-dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated corrugated steel sheet, any pattern corresponding to IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150, 0.50 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for pre-painted hot-dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated plain steel sheet as per IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150, 0.50 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in ridge/ valley/ gutter fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for structural timbers of IInd class HW, wrought in scantlings and timber fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F hot rolled medium and high tensile structural steel of grade E 250 quality A conforming to IS 2062: 2011 as in joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20 mm of the length indicated) complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F hot rolled medium and high tensile structural steel of grade E165 as per IS 15911: 2010 as in framed work such as grills, grating, etc., with ends of bars of shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework water tanks and similar work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L second class hardwood 30 mm thick, of IInd class HW, factory made, glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, wire gauze, etc. (without sash bar), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc., sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I section 8 Clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC colour casement windows (Outward /inward) with hinges system made of extruded profiles. Profiles of frames 60mm X 58mm and sash (style and rail) 60mm X 78 mm will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc.. making arrangement for fixing of hardware, EPDM gasket, 1.2+0.2.mm thick galvanized steel profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners, all complete and as directed, (Glazing, hardware hinges and fitting, EPDM rubber gasketetc. to be paid separately.) Note:-Each member of window to be measured separately with clear length.

S & F stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 75 mm size butt hinges, extruded aluminium alloy with brass wire pin, anodized to a bright natural, mat finish not be less than Grade AC 10 of IS 1868 : 1996, hinge designation 125A22 as per IS 205: 1992 complete all as specified and as directed.

Note - Two runs of 6 sqmm cable, one run of 4 sqmm cable and one run of casing/capping shall be measured and paid as one unit length.

Supply & Fix in replacement new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life 15W LED wall street light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high efficient LED as lighting source and PC cover having top Opening seperate driver compartment with IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK07 including necessary brackets (made out of 25mm bore GI pipe light grade appx 0.6 meter long bend to shape) nuts, bolts, etc fixed on walls with MS clamp complete all as specified and directed.
