Plastering 12mm thick single coat in CM(1:5) using screened sand including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, including sales & other taxes on all materials, and all operational, incidental charges on materials and including cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, curing as directed by Engineer-in-charge etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work .(SS 901,903 & 904).

Supply and fixing of Unplasticised Poly Chloride (UPVC) Two track two panels sliding window made of (small series) frame 52 x 44 mm &sash 32 x 60 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension. Painting to new walls with 2 coats of plastic Emulsion paint of apporved brand and shade over a base coat of approved cement primer grade I making making 3 coats in all to give an even shade after thourughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 912 for interior walls
