Supply, fix and commisssioning of Door Motor 0.7 KW 940 RPM 3 phase induction motor with 1024 PPR encoder including taking down of existing system complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Supply, fix and commisssioning of Door Drive input single phase 230 V AC output 3 phase with variable voltage and variable control for smooth door operation including taking down of existing system complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in-charge.

Supply, fix and commisssioning of Car Operating PCB 24 V DC serial communication PCB with illuminating dot matrix floor display and direction indication including taking down of existing system complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Supply, fix and commisssioning of Infrared screen for passenger protection with power supply 230 V AC input, 24 V DC output with interruption LED indicators suitable for all lifts including taking down of existing system complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Supply and fixing of cable harness for shaft wiring having 0.5 Sqmm wire for alarm, shaft safety switches, pit stop switches, landing door connection and 0.2 sqmm wire for earthing, 0.5 sqmm twisted pair shielded cable for serial communication including taking down of existing wiring complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-charge.

M&L for rewinding of reconditioning of three phase induction motor of capacity upto 20 HP with DC injection, replacement of thrust bearing and break arm allignment, painting including gear teeth reconditioning etc complete all as specified and as directed.
