Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth; for laying of cable/pipe & getting out of soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed

All as per srl item No. 01 here-in before but exceeding 1.5 mtr upto 3.0 mtr in depth.

Removal of excavated soil to distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well remming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in hard/dense soil complete all as specified.

Sand cushioning with fine sand to under ground cables in trenches/ducts in layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying and stretching the cable as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I. (Note:-Punned thickness shall be measured and paid)

Supply and laying un reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, type I, flat, size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm complete all as specified.

Supply and laying un reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV, type I, flat, size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm complete all as specified.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete,complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm grade aggregate) as in coping including all necessary form works complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Taking out old/unservicebal of XLPE LT cable of any type any size from trenches/pole including PCC precast cable cover.

Supply laying and testing LT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts, grade cross sectional area 25 sq. mm 4 core complete all as specified

All as per ser item No.11 here-in-before but 16 Sqmm 4 core

All as per ser item No.11 here-in-before but 35 Sqmm 3.5 core

All as per ser item No.11 here-in-before but 70 Sqmm 3.5 core

Taking out old/unservicebal of XLPE HT cable of any type any size from trenches/pole including PCC precast cable cover.

Supply laying and testing HT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts earthed, grade cross sectional area 95 sq. mm 3 core complete all as specified

All as per Srl item No. 16 here-in-before but accept HT cable retrieved from item No. 15

Supply and fixing in GI tubes galvanised iron light grade 50 mm bore laid in trenches/across roads/alongwith walls/poles as protection to cables and including taking down of old unservicable GI tubing,complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling steel tubular electric poles from foundation, any size pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and erection in replacement truely vertical position steel tubular swaged poles, type 410 SP-31 (9.00 meters long) with cast iron base frame, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws all as specified including factory painted with two coats of black bituminous paint internally through out and externally for embedded portion and making 30 cms wide strips with yellow and black paint at alternatively upto 1.50 metre height and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on remaining exposed surface after erection ,complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. Complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint

Dismantling of insulators any type any size from existing LT/HT Poles/Lightening arrestors..

M&L for Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 volts grade

Dismantling of stay assembly

S&F Stay assembly complete with GI stay rod 16 mm dia 1800 mm long, MS plate 230x230x6 mm, stay bow,loop insulator, including PCC 1:3:6 for foundation, connecting bracket of suitable MS flat and nut bolt washers etc complete all as specified in electrical plate No 1 of SSR Part-1.

Note:-The accepted amount will be arrived after deducting the Sch of credit i.e. Rs 23,907.00 and any other reduction if any from quoted amount.
