Mode of heating is LPG gas/Electric.It should be capable of varying drum speed,fan speed.User friendly PLC process control and disply.Functional and durable machine design made from high-quality materials,quick gentle cooling of the roasted coffee and additional chaff collection tank .stainless steel cooler with paddles and water quenching system in roasting drum with flow control and open safety water valves.Hard wired safety interlock for product temperature sensor and hot air sensor.Infeeder for green coffee beans and VFD for infeeder fan.Destoner/pneumatic conveyer for roasted beans after roasting anf VFD for destoner fan.A safety buffer tank with high pressure pump holding 300 ltrs of water at 6 bar pressure.
