Notes: (a) The internal services viz. water supply & Elect supply shall be measured and paid separately. (b) The connecting/ required items w.r.t internal water supply & internal electric supply which are not covered in the schedule here-in-after shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate. (c) Please also refer the notes applicable for this item mentioned on srl Page Nos. 21, 22 and 23 of this tender .

Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for approved earth filling, earth obtained from out side of MD land by rough excavation not exc 1.5m deep in soft / loose soil and removing excavated soil to a distance exc 5 km up to total distance 15 Km and depositing where directed and spreading and levelling in layers n.exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified.

M&L for Hardcore of guage n.exc 63 mm, using broken stone or boulders deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, watered and rolled / rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8), type D-2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in paving 75 mm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Coloured Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-35 Grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Sand cushioning below interlocking paver block incl spreading and levelling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing, cement concrete (1:2:4), Type B0, (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in hold fast block,lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps: seismic and other similar bands,plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railing upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones bed plates, kerbs not provided for water trough and the like including form work and weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 Mtr mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8), type D2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface and applying two coat of cement base paint over one coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50 m deep for foundation etc or shafts, wells, cesspits manholes, holes etc n. exc 10 Sqm on plain and n. exc 1.50m depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4), type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate in coping and benching in manholes including use of necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete PCC (1:2:4), type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in cover slabs (for drains/manholes etc) and similar articles with plane and set in CM (1:4) including form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Extra over for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped endscomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and completely surrounding against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in PCC (1:4:8), type D2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for 150 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 150mm internal diameter salt glazed stone ware drain pipes laid in trenches and jointed as specified of 150mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F salt glazed stoneware gully traps, square 150 x 150mm or round mouthed type including jointing to drain pipes in CM (1:1) including all earth work, concrete in beds surrounding kerbs and CI gratings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L cement concrete (1:2:4), type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in copings, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling), corbels, brackets, etc.(of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in CM(1:4) with joints to match complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n,exc 25 cm thick in soft /loose soil for sewage pipe line /manhole and cleaning the site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for LLDPE Septic tanks, On site LLDPE septic tank designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC (1:4:8) below foundation, Vent shaft, connection etc, complete for fixing in any type of including connection etc vent shaft complete upflow filter including media. etc, complete for 20 users.

Soakage wells excavation, in any type of soil, foundation in PCC (1:3:6), walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M-25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonary in CM(1:4), RCC cover slab in M25/ SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats of size 1.20 Mtr dia x 3.00 mtr deep as specified.

Excavating in post holes (for similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out in soft/loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc 25cm, watering, and removal surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6), type C2, using 40 mm gradded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F MS steel work in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed notching for wire etc flats iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc ) similar wk conforming to Fe 410-0 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F Mild steel screw bolts screwed on end with hexagonal or square head at one head and to be fittled with nuts and washers. 11 to 15 mm dia of neck and not exc 5 cm long.

Supply only Chain link fencing MS galvanised fencing 50x50mm mesh and 2.90mm dia wire all as specified.

Fixing only chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type all as specified and directed by EIC

M&L for wild steel conforming to Fe 410-w framed work as in doors or gates of angle iron or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering door etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering ,running rails and guides ) and hanging , also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings & straining & fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with & provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Each line of wire to be measured separately.

M & L for Preparing new surfaces of steel over not exc 10 cm width or girth not otherwise specified and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of zinc chrome Primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for preparing new surfaces of steel 10 cm width or girth not otherwise specified and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer .

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) (1:2:4), type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate, as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams; bases for columns, etc basement slabs, under-reamed piles all as specified and directed

M & L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:2:4), type B-2, (40mm graded aggregate) as in floors finished the surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 sq mm 3 1/2 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 44 here-in-before but size 6.0 Sq mm 2 core for street lights / flood lights complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Materials and labour for earthing complete with galvanized earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.0 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth strip of size 32x6 mm length upto 7.5 mtr by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, earth strip protected by and including 40mm dia GI pipe (light grade), alternate layers of charcoal and salt, including 40 mm bore GI tubing length upto 7.5 mtr for watering to earth electrode, earth lead connected to test point/ distribution panel /feeder pillar etc as directed including necessary earth work, concrete pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre cast RCC(1:1:5:3) type A1 cover slab duly reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar 150mm c/c both way and two numbers lifting handle made of TMT bar and set in cement mortar (1:4), funnel, wire mesh, all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part-1 and testing on completion including taking out old earthing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 70 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete with bended bracket nuts etc for holding light fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9 metres long) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6), Type C2, (using 40mm greaded stone aggregate), in foundations, filling and mass concrete including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for sand cushioning to UG cable laid in trenches with clean dry river sand all as directed.

Supply and laying Bricks, sub class 'B' old size bricks, laid flat dry with width of the bricks laid to the axis of the cable all complete as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix time switches 250 V single Phase of 20 Amp rating with contactor fitted inside steel enclosure complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthling etc. as required 4 mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 50 mm bore steel tube, galvanised, light grade with all fittings laid across road, in trenches or across PCC drain, along electric pole or floor / wall for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed. (Make: JINDAL/BANSAL)

Supply and laying in trenches GI tubing 'Medium grade' 25 mm bore, with all fittings complete all as specified and as directed. (excavation of earth work shall be measured and paid seperately).

S & F Stop valves of size 25 mm, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting the existing pipe of size 25 mm pipe and making new connection including provision of TEE complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
