Supply & Fixing of SS 304 Grade Railing with 6"SS bottom bracket and 12mm thick toughened glass. The top Member of Railing will be 75x40x2mm thick SS RHS section with 12mm thick toughened glass fixed with 6" High SS Bracket of 304 Grade as per drawing and EIC.

Providing and Fixing of Advertisement Wall made of 50mm thick Sand Stone having CNC working ( Jali, Groove etc. ) as per the drawings and EIC directions. It includes fixing of wall with SS Fastners required for fixing and as per EIC and Drawings.

Designer Flooring as per the drawing :- Leather finish (Honed / Diamond cut stone processed by Steel ball blasting and further by brushing) Kota / Kadappa slab flooring 25 mm thick over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with colored epoxy grout to match the shade of the slab complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Manuring application of insecticides & watering at least 1.5 liter per plant after planting. 6. Half brick Circular tree guard in second class bricks. Internal dia 1.25 meter and height 1.20 meter above ground and 0.20 meter below ground. Bottom two courses laid dry and top three courses in cement morter 1:6(1 Cement : 6 Sand) and the intermediate courses being in dry honey comb masonry. As per design complete. 7. Waterring to Plants. 8. Maintenance of plants upto 5 Years by the contractor including pits. Preparation of Thavala Hoeing weeding etc. & application of insecticides etc. & security. If the plant die during maintencance contractor has to replace same height plant at his own cost.

Civil work for foundation - floor, anchor bolt setting excavation of foundation upto 300mm depth with 900mm wide plinth protection from the FFI including dressing and compaction of the foundation with laying 75mm thick PCC of 1:5:10 and providing brickwork upto 600mm above OGI/C filling the entire plinth with mouram / stone boulder and finishing the same with 50mm PCC (1:4:8) and top layer 40mm PCC (1:2:4) including grouting for structural column upto 200mm from FFI of size 300x300mm and grouting the same with PCC (1:2:4)

Superstructure - work upto roofing structure comprising of MS Tubular (75x75x4mm) and 80mmx40mmx4mm) frame work, with systems of purlin and Portal and MS plate (10x10x8mm) wherever required. The structural length should be workout as per the structural load of total structure. Use of Civil structure can be used wherever required.

Walls - walls insulated sandwich of total thickness around 60mm+/- 0.05mm or more with thick precoated GI metal sheet of 0.5mm thick on both side with rigid PUR insulation. The precoated metal sheet shell prepainted galvanized sheet with AZ coating having SDP coated (Super durable polyster) to make the walls durable and scartch resistance. The panels shall be vertically joining together with adjacent panel by tounge and groove for joining wall panels. All walls joining should be U shaped flange to make the system waterproof. The insulation core should be fire retarted category, wall panels shall be joint free and should be in single span. The core material is thermo setting PUF materials should be fire retardant material grade B3 the density of PUFF panels as per the ASTM-D 1622 standard. Compressive strength as per IS 11239 standard more than 210KPa

Roof : Roof insulated sandwich panels for roof of total thickness of crest height of top corrugation panel shall be made of 50mm +/- 0.04mm thick precoated GI metal sheet of 0.5mm thick on both side with rigid polyurethane insulation, the top external sheet should be corrugated at outer surface to provide exra strength. Roof panels should be joint free in single span. The precoated metal sheet shall be PPGL (Pre painted galvanized sheet with AZ coat) to be make it more durable against the rust, temperature variation and water. The bottom sheet must have tongue snd groove type flange for interlocking. The insulation core should be self -extinguishing DN 4102B3 fire retardant rigid PUR with good thermal conductiity to protect the heat from the outside. The panel shall be made useing glue free high pressure self-bonding method PPGL sheet on both side of panel. The core material is thermo setting PUF materials should be fire retardant material grade B3 the density of PUFF panels as per the ASTM-D 1622 standard. False Ceiling - Supply of Grit ceiling with PVC coated 2x2 grit of repute make, a suiatable good looking and should be water proof and elegant.

Roof ridge cap - Ridge flashing for flashing roof panels shall be made up of 0.5mm thick pre coated PPGL sheet

Roof front corrugated cap - Front side flashing for roof panels in corrugated trapezoidal face

Flooring - Supply and fixing of flooring will be made of vitrified tiles of 600x600 (Make - Kajaria, Johnson, Nitko / Reputed make) fixed with water base cement. The quality should be as per IS 13712

Doors - The doors should be aluminium powder coated with glass and HPL sheet along with heavy duty floor mounted machine. (Size 900x2100)

Windows - There should be a provision of sliding windows UPVC sliding 6mm thick toughen glass window with locking arrangements to provide the proper sunlight. (Size - 1200x1500)

Finishing & Paintworks - Ouside texture coating inside plastic paint (2 coat) make Asian / Shalimar / Berger of desired colour.

Rolling Shutter - Aluminium rolling Shutters with complete box cover and mechanism of Manual rolling shutter complete in all respect.

Lower Height Cabinets - Cabinet Top shall be made of SS sheet of 304 Grade with 1 mm thickness. Veriticals, Top and Partitions all shall be made of SS sheet as per EIC & drawings.

Sink - Stainless Steel A ISI 304 (18/8) kitchen sink as per IS 13983 with C.I. brackets and stainless steel plug 40 mm including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required (Size - 610x510x200 Min.) with Complete drainage, plumbing etc.

Electrical work shall include -

Wiring - All interior electrical wiring with main DB panel board, necessary MCBs, DB, joint box, switch box etc. The wires shall be of copper of different capacity as per the load and should be renowned make (Finolex / Havells / Polycab / L&T/RR Kabel make or equivalent)

Switches light and power points should be of modular type and standard make.

Earthing as per the requirement. Use of ELCB is required.

Provide minimum AC connections with required wiring, tubing etc. as per standard and requirement

A distribution panel of standard make and appropriate capacity to be provided. Proper cables to be provided as per the load.

The switch gears (MCBs / ACBs/ MCCBs) should be of Siemens / Hager (L&T) make of equivalent

LT distribution board for MCBs etc. should be of siemens / Hager (L&T) make of equivalent

Telephone wiring cables, CCTV cables, CAT 5/6 cables be of Finolex / Havells / RR make or equivalent

There should be 1 internet connection points.

Water Supply and Plumbing -

Wash area - CPVC pipes for water supply and UPVC pipes for drainage and sewerage as per the requirement. All the standard fittings should be of reputed make.

Required chambers for discharge of toilet waste should be provided in the ground and connected to the discharge drains.

Payment will be made after installation of structure at site with all required amenities and as per specifications and provided drawing and design.

S & F of SS Dustbin as per drawing and design with 202 Grade and 2x60=120 litre capacity. Fixing of Legs in the ground with PCC M20 grade with Excavation and size 300x300x300mm for each leg.

Proving and fixing Kota stone slab 50 mm thick as slab and vertical post for benches, Tables etc. including grinding, rubbing and Mirror polishing complete with every edge must be moulded as per the direction of EIC and drawings. Minimum Rectangle area of top will be measured.

Proving and fixing Granite slab of required colour of 40 mm thick as top slab slab and base of Fire Clay bricke with neat epoxy pointing of Joints for benches, Tables etc. including grinding, rubbing and Mirror polishing complete with every edge must be moulded as per the direction of EIC and drawings. Minimum Rectangle area of top will be measured.

P & F 1st quality Heavy Duty Vitrified glazed MAT tiles on floor, skirting and steps etc.in different sizes (thickness minimum 18mm) with water absorption less than or equal 0.08% and conforming to IS 15622 of approved make in all colour and shade, laid with 20 mm thick CM 1: 4 including grouting the joints with Epoxy and matching pigment etc complete.
