Note :- 1 All works shall be carried out as public works department Handbook and other

specification of Division or as directed.

Note :- 2 All the columns in schedule should be filled in ink or ballpen and the total of the

entries in last column should be struck by the contractor under his signature.

Note :- 3 Rate quated include clearance of site (Prior commencement of work and at its close)

in all respects and hold good for work under all conditions,site moisture, weather etc.

Note :- 4 The Contractor shall exhibit a board as per Government Circular No. BDG/ 3277/ 1657/ N Dated

26/1/1997 S (M.GUJ) with detailed specification and details of work and amount involved at site

without any payment as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Note :- 5 GST will be paid extra as per Govt. amendment.

Note :- 6 GST and Income tax TDS will be deducted at a source while making payments of bills

Note :- 7 The labour cess will be deducted as per prevailing rules i.e. 1% of the work done.
