Providing and fixing of Walls and Ceiling puff panel:- Supply of Pre Fabricated Modular Operation Theatre.The free standing structure with insulated steel wall & ceiling puff panels.These panels are produced in a double band laminator,in which two continously moving belts ig G.i sheets of 0.80 mm are firmly bonded together by the sprayed-in insulating foam,which hardent during this process. The density of puff is 40kg/m3 . The total thickness of panel is 50 mm.

Providing and fixing of Epoxy Filler& Anti-Bacterial Paint:-Filling of all joints & cavities with epoxy filler and sanded flush to provide a seamless finish with antibacterial putty and paint.

Providing and fixing of Antistatic Vinyl Flooring:- Supply of seamless conductive flooring System, 2mm thick, having ESD / EMI (conductive) protection characteristics with perfectly cureved flush covings, all joints welded properly.

Providing and fixing of Self Leveling Compound:- Supply of Cement-based self levelling with Primer in average thickness of 3mm.

Providing and fixing of Electrical Distribution Panel Board / Box (With Humidity & Temperature Sensor & Rley)

Providing and fixing of Planair Ceiling system / Laminar Flow :- Supply of Planair Ceiling system with unidirectional airflow. Plenum unit, Holding structure & Top plenum are made of Aluminium Sheet 1.6mm thick with aluminium extrusion frame & sealed gasket conforming to DIN 4799 standards for the air distribution system with hepa filter having efficiency 99.97% down to 0.3 micron. The laminar flow system shall have such design that it provides "S" class Hepa filter. The filters will be placed terminally.The filter housing terminals are made of a one pice frame and plenum with perfact thightness features. SS-304 Diffuser : 2 layers of sufficient resistance to create laminar air flow from diffuser and provides an illumination level. (Size-2400X2400X350mm)

Providing and fixing of Peripheral LED lights (285*585mm):- Supply of Recess mounted IP54 protocol, non-hygroscopic Peripheral Lights for clean room application each set having compact flurecent lamps and digital dimmable ballast.

Providing and fixing of Electric Wiring in Side OT (FRLS Wire)

Providing and fixing of Pressure Relief Dampers:- Supply of Pressure Relief Dampers having multi 304 graded stainless steel blades for maintaining the positive pressure inside the operation theatre.

Providing and fixing of Membrane Type Control Panel - Supply of Membrane type Operation Theatre Control Panel (6 service Tiles) mounted flush in the theatre wall with Distribution Board complete with all accessories etc. The control panel comprising of the following :- - 1 no Day Time Digital Clock - 1 no Elapsed Time Digital Clock - 1 no Hands Free Telephone - Medical Gas Alarm (5 gas) - Temperature & Humidity - Peripheral Light Control

Providing and fixing of X-Ray Viewing Screen :- Operation Theater X-Ray View Panel, CE compliance under Class 1 Medical devices directive. The operation theatre should be equipped with a Twin plate X-Ray View Screen, designed to provide a high level of control luminance without flicker. It should have CE compliance under Class 1 Medical devices directive.

Providing and fixing of List Board :- Supply of Operating writing List Board of size 948mm x 648mm complete with all accessories.

Providing and fixing of Single Arm Surgeon Pendant:Single arm moveable pendant having the operational movement of only horizontal way comprising with 1000 mm long arm having weight carrying capacity of more than 80 kg, 6 No’s electrical sockets 6/16 ampere, one monitor shelf, two IV Pole and 06 nos. of gas outlets

Providing and fixing of Storage Unit :- Supply of Storage Unit Size (1665mm x 865mm x 350mm) made of 1.5mm EGP 120 GSM Zinc coated complete with all accessories.

Providing and fixing of Hatch Box :- Supply of hatch box made out of SS304 for disposal of dirty linen/ waste. Each hatch will be equipped with two doors and the door will be operated electronically. The hatch will be designed in such a way that only one door will be opened at one time. The UV light will be so installed that it is kept on while both doors are closed, this UV light has to be automatically turned off in case of opening of either of the doors. There shall be indicators on both sides of the OT, that the door open/close status can be monitored from both ends. Size to be specified.

Providing and fixing of Motorized Sandwich Blinds Glass View Window:- Supply of View Window will be flush mounted in Operation Theatre wall, and the Size of window 1000 mm x 1200mm.The Window will comprises Motorized venetian blinds of powder coated aluminum strips of vista level or equivalent, the glass of the window will be laser cut toughened glass . The window will be sealed with neoprene rubber gasket.

Providing and fixing of Hermetically Sealed Manual Sliding Door 1500x2100mm :-Single leaf Manual hermetic sealed sliding door 60 mm thick door blade with 52 mm PUF & HPL Sheet size W= 1500,H= 2100, Vision Glass (300mm x 300mm)

Providing and fixing of Air Handling Unit & Aluminium Ducting & Condencing Unit : Supply of floor mounted double skin air handling unit constructed out of 24 gauge GI pre-coated sheet as outer skin and plain 24 gauge GI sheet as inner skin with 40mm thick PUFF section in between and comprising of following sections. 1. Pre-filter section with 10 micron filters. 2. Cooling/ Heading section with dual circuit 6 row DX cooling coil 3. Blower section with backward DIDW blower, Drive set & pulleys 4.
