Comprehensive maintenance and servicing of boiler installed at new laundry of 2x600 kg/hour capacity (Make : Thermax, RXA 04) of old industrial laundry including control panel, all connected items and carrying out routine check of the machine oiling, greasing,nuts,bolts, gaskets,etc for smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Notes for Ser item No 02 to 08 :- 1. Consumables (compressor oil, PERC solvent for dry cleaning machine), V belts, gaskets, cleaning, greasing, painting, nuts and bolts shall be deemed to be included under the unit rate quoted. All other spares are measured and paid separately under relevant items of BOQ. 2. The contractor has to submit service report on OEM/authorized dealer letter head/service book. 3. The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of labour cost for replacement unserviceable materials and tools required for removal. 4. The quoted rate is inclusive of attending min 4 Nos emergency breakdowns during contract period except repair work. 5. Spares given here-in-after will be measured separately under relevant items of BOQ as supply only. Any other items/spares/components essentially required wheather minor/major the cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for comprehensive maintenance. 6. The quoted rates includes labour cost for replacement of major/minor repairs.

(b) Dismantling the motor stator and taking out the burnt copper winding wire /fibre strip/insulating materials. (c) Clean the stator slots by CTC solution and rewind on stator slots with duel coat super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge with insulating materials/fibre strip/varnishing and made terminal connection using 90 mm fibre glass coated wire. (d) Assembling the motor after rewinding. (e) Transporting to the motor to the site, re-fixing on base inside washer extractor/tumble dryer with new bolts and nuts, coupling with pully/belt with correct alignment apply grease and connecting electrical connections and testing.
